Designed with modern glamour in mind, the space boasts professionally curated furnishings and décor, making it the perfect spot for a comfortable and stylish stay. You'll sleep soundly on our plush mattress with high-quality sheets, and our chic bathroom features modern fixtures and ample storage space for all your toiletries. We even provide freshly-laundered towels and toiletries, including a hairdryer.

Ravenswood / Lincoln Square is a charming neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago. It's known for its tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and diverse population. This area is home to a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques, and hosts several seasonal festivals throughout the year, including the popular Lincoln Square Farmers Market. Ravenswood / Lincoln Square is also known for its strong arts scene, with several theaters, galleries, and music venues, including the Old Town School of Folk Music. The area features a mix of residential areas, ranging from classic brick apartment buildings to spacious single-family homes, and is popular among families and young professionals.

Getting Around:
To get to West Eastwood Ave. from O'Hare Airport, take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and transfer to the Brown Line train towards Kimball at the Belmont station. Get off at the Western station and take the #49B bus towards Berwyn. Get off at the Oakley & Eastwood stop, and the destination is just a short walk away.

- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.

- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
