The location was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere, from Magnificent Mile to the river, to many restaurants. The room was updated and surprisingly spacious for a big city hotel room, too! The only thing was that the elevators are a bit confusing as there’s separate ones for each part of the building, so you can’t get everywhere in the place with just one. No biggie though and the rooftop had a great view!

We had a great stay! Location was great! We walked everywhere! 30 min. walk to Navy Pier! 10 min. Walk to Michigan Ave. Sky deck was nice place to relax at the end of the day!

Sweet time

If you're looking for state-of-the-art, this is not for you. The building is older, and it shows. But everything was clean, pleasant, good amenities, *BIG* pool with great hours, and it provided a very pleasant stay. Would come again.

Okay stay noise kept us up at night.

The room was older. Cleanliness was ok. Saturday night peace disturbance around m midnight and we even called down to the front desk. Someone was parked right outside the hotel screaming from a car to everyone that walked by. Terrible. But room service was goid.

WORST STAY I HAVE EXPERIENCED!

1. As far as location. I get it, downtown Chicago… you probably can’t expect the most civilized people 100% of the time. But for people who are new to the area or have never experienced that area before there should be notes or documentation that support the crime and immense amount of homeless and tweaked that are around the area and all around the hotel parking lot/Parking garage and at times even INSIDE the hotel lobby itself! 2. There was weed smoke and smell at ALL times in the hotel parking garage, in the hotel elevator, in the “Indoor” pool area, in the hotel lobby, and the hotel hallways! It was terrible! The whole place was like a smoke house! 3. They do not tell you it’s a bestwestern hotel until AFTER you have booked… and the pictures are very deceptive. The only thing in the hotel that looks good is the lobby that’s it! The floors are dirty, walls are dirty, rooms are filthy. There is no fridge, no microwave, nothing at all and it just is NOT what is expressed in the description and pictures at all! 4. There were loud parties going on in multiple rooms and when we complained to the front desk. The man himself was too scared to tell the people to be quiet or to kick them out so he just moved our floor we were on to a different one. (That didn’t help at all!) 5. Overall if I could rate this as a 0 star I would! It was a complete nightmare!
