Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and beautiful view! Easy access to the beach and pools. If I HAD to say a downfall, it was that they are updating their elevators so one of them was down, but still didn’t creat much wait time for elevators. Would definitely reccomend.

Excellent condo

We really enjoyed staying in this condo very well maintained and clean. We have stayed at pelican beach many times and really like the place!!The only downfall is that the elevators stay packed!

Pelican Vaca

Great location with the beach being steps away and with the amazing view of the gulf. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, fish and a jelly fish as well.

Beautiful view!

Property was easily accessible. The view from this place is unmatched! clean and cozy. Be prepared to step on sand, though! I was constantly sweeping the floors- thankfully they had a broom and dust pan in the closet. The drying rack also came in handy! Make sure to take some extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap if plan to stay longer than a few days. The pools were really nice and well kept, as the property as a whole was kept up and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely property but toilet didn't flush

Lovely property, the pictures online showed more seating that was actually there, more comfortable seating would have been great. And the toilet never flushed the entire time we stayed .

The condo was nice. Very convenient area as well. However the guest bathroom had several issues

The condo was decent. The guest bathroom gave us multiple problems from the moment we used it. Floods almost every flush, maintenance had no solution. I highly suggest y’all take care of that.

We had a great time. Everything was accommodating. Will be back. The only thing is that the ceiling fan didn’t work in the bedroom. I sleep with the fan on. But overall, great memories

Kid/teen friendly

The only complaint was not having a washer or dryer in the unit. There was a coin laundry on the floor so glad to have that available. Be sure to rent the beach chairs when you rent the unit. Arrived Saturday morning and the only chairs available were on row ‘5’.

Unclean property

The condo we stayed at was very dirty. The carpet was filthy with stains and the floors were not mopped the bathrooms were not cleaned the couch had stains very old musty smell in entire place.

Awesome stay

Check in was easy. Location was perfect. My family and I enjoyed our trip. We had an amazing view of the ocean each morning, we saw sea turtles, sting rays, and dolphins swimming up the shoreline. The property was the typical condo stay, I’m not one to complain of the stained carpet , however there were dirty hand prints on the walls and the tile floor wasn’t cleaned between stays, a quick wipe down would give it a 5/5. The main toilet is a bit slow, use with caution. The hot water tank is small so space out showers if you have multiple people. We loved the cafe, tiki bar, and the 3 swimming pools on the property. It should be noted that there are beach chairs and umbrellas to rent and if you want a close spot to the water you need to rent ahead of time. If you aren’t picky on a spot on the beach you can rent them the day of. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for our first trip to Destin. We plan to return next summer

Our Stay

I really liked the location, as we were right at the beach. Cleanliness of the condo could have been better. Furniture (couch & chair )could stand to be cleaned as there were stains on them and dirty looking. Non of the above stopped us from enjoying our stay and having a great time. Were always able to get a quick response if we needed anything.
