Röstade # 2 South's Best Beache! Detta Àr bara slÀppt av SydlÀndska topp 10 bÀsta södra strandstÀder. Inte överraskande. "Det finns förmodligen en anledning till att vattnet hÀr Àr en annorlunda nyans av underbara Àn nÀstan nÄgon annanstans lÀngs Florida Panhandle. Men vi vill hellre ta in det Àn att rÀkna ut det. Fortin Àr fortfarande kÀnd som "den lyckligaste fiskebyn" och har blivit mycket mer Àn det och erbjuder stor variation nÀr det gÀller logi, restauranger och nattliv.

'BABS BEACH 2', Àr en premiumlÀgenhet pÄ 14: e vÄningen. Vilken fantastisk utsikt !. RÀtt pÄ stranden med fri utsikt! Kakelgolv överallt. Du kan ta ditt morgonkaffe pÄ balkongen och titta pÄ den socker vita sandstranden och det lysande vattenfatet. Se soluppgÄngen, titta pÄ delfinspelningen, se pelikanerna dyka och manaten simma. Se vÀnster och titta strand, strand !!

Wife’s birthday weekend and we enjoyed our first stay in Destin. The location was perfect for walking around to coffee and food. The beach was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and had a beautiful view. The elevator situation was a bit nerve racking but it is what it is.

Great spot in Destin!

This was our first time at Pelican Beach. Loved the different pool options, close beach access and the Tiki Bar. The condo was clean and welcoming. The views from the balcony were amazing! We had a great time!

Beautiful property

My family includes 3 kids stayed at this location and it was nothing less than perfect! The room was beautiful! The views were breathtaking. We will definitely be stay here again our next trip. The owner was very quick to respond which was so nice and helpful. My family and I can’t wait to visit again. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Perfect beach vacation!

Beautiful view! Even better than I’d imagined! Great condo with great space/layout! We enjoyed the resort and liked the variety of pools, cafe, and tiki bar. Would love to come back to the same condo for future vacations! Perfect getaway for our family! We didn’t want to leave!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and in a centralized location. Beautiful beach view. Resort restaurant had amazing pizza!! Tiki bar piña coladas are a must have! Has two large pools. Highly recommend.

Best trip ever

We really enjoyed everything about our trip. Our condo was very clean and beautiful. We had an amazing view. The complex had everything you could ask for and very close beach access. The only thing that would make our trip better would be more comfortable chairs on the balcony.

Wonderful Vacation!

Loved this property-the owner was very responsive and accurate. This vacation was just my husband and I, but this property is perfect size for a family of four. It’s very clean and up to date. Tight security in the building so we felt very safe. Of course, pristine private beach and great access! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Setting

The minute we walked into this condo, we found it to be pleasant and very comfortable. The view of the gulf from the balcony was amazing as we daily enjoyed our morning coffee and evening beverages. The location was great, close to grocery stores and great restaurants. The only disappointment we had was they were painting the property and one of the pools was closed. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved this property! It’s just like the photos

We loved this property and will be back! The photos were just like the condo. It had everything we needed. The only thing we would change is better fitting & softer sheets. The bunk beds were perfect for our 17 year old daughter and friend. They both said the sheets were scratchy. But overall it’s an amazing place to stay, right in the beach!

Communication with Barb quick early on and then nothing on day of check in. Desk employees were easy. Condo was what we needed, a place to sleep and have awesome views. Some cleaning issues but nothing major. Outlets in living room and bedroom would spark if used so we only used kitchen for iron and chargers.

No handicap parking / no ramp to beach

Enjoyable stay except for the smell of marijuana coming from different areas, and the Security Guard couldn’t find where the smell was coming from. They were more worried about towels hanging on balcony.. Security instead of doing their job were at the bar drinking instead of working

Awesome location a bit dated

Great communication with owner. She was very nice and responsive. The condo is dated and little things could be done to make it amazing. But with a location like this I can understand why you would need to to get it rented. For example, replace shower curtain liner as there was mold. Sheets had a hole and had been patched. We were given only half a sample dish soap bottle and one dishwasher pod. But it was still great. We tried to vacuum during our stay but the vacuum didn’t work. Pillows were great. There are different ones so you can choose, lots of beach equipment so you don’t have to buy anything, I would add an umbrella since the listing doesn’t come with umbrella and chair service. Overall we had an awesome trip and enjoyed our stay.

Hurricane? Sorry no refund/credit, plenty of greed

If anyone is interested in what Barbara’s real priorities are ($$), this will answer it. We were the unfortunate couple to have her condo booked for four days, Wednesday through Saturday night. ‘Unfortunate’ because this particular Wednesday was the forecasted arrival of Hurricane Helene. Traveling from Minnesota, we asked Barbara for flexibility knowing the hurricane was headed for the Florida panhandle, She offered you can delay for up to 4 weeks (we didn’t have a week off for another 8 weeks so not much help). A couple days in advance, there’s a general idea of where landfall will be, but things change. The airlines were offering re-booking for anyone going into Destin, so we were hopeful ocean front condos might be accommodating as well. Monitoring the forecast, we opted to cancel our trip rather than take the risk. As it turned out, Destin was on the fringe and spared. We asked Barbara for a compromise, reimbursement for at least the first two nights when it was clearly an unknown. Barbara’s response
. “the weather was great, sorry”. Hurricane Helene was a financial (or worse) blow too many, but clearly a win for Barbara. Our recommendation? I would find someone else, there are plenty of options. Anyone can talk, actions reveal true colors. For Barbara, this is about your wallet, not your safety. While many in the south east are suffering from Helene, she’s counting her money
.including the cleaning fees.
