Beautiful, comfortable, clean

Perfect place for long weekend in Destin. Easy access to beach, pools and restaurants. Price was great and place was very clean. The management always kept in contact but we did not experience any problems.

Unit was very clean. During checkin process, i had to check in at a different condo but wasn’t told at the the front desk. So I went to the fourth floor of the condo that I checked in at, and it was the wrong unit. I had to reload my bags, and drive down to my condo even though it was on the same Propery. The Pelican Terrace needs remodeling, the overall building. Elevator felt old. But overall my unit was clean. I did see a small roach.
