Welcome to A Wave From It All, where you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves crashing and wake up to the beauty of a sunrise over Long Sands. This location is truly special, just steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything you need for a perfect getaway!

As you enter the home, you'll find a welcoming landing area, perfect for kicking off your sandals and hanging up your beach towels. The lower level features a convenient three-quarter bathroom with a washer and dryer. There's a cozy queen bedroom and a charming second living room with a flat-screen TV and queen sleeper sofa if needed. Through the living room, you'll discover a spacious double twin bedroom with ocean views (which can be converted to a king bed upon request). This room also features a desk, in case work calls during your vacation – at least you'll have a view!

Upstairs, the main level offers an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Slide open the screen doors to the porch with a gas grill for seamless indoor/outdoor living!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, from both a Keurig and drip coffee maker to a lobster pot for your Maine lobster bakes!

The third floor boasts a dedicated king master suite – please note there is no door to this bedroom, but two levels of heavy-duty shades provide privacy. With room-darkening shades, you'll feel like you're in your own oasis. Open the shades to reveal sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony! You'll also find a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet with plenty of room for all your summer essentials.

For added summer enjoyment, relax around the stone fireplace under the solar twinkle lights after a day at the beach!

A Great Place

A Wave From It All is a lovely home only steps from the beach. It is well appointed and very comfortable. Clean and very well maintained. A short walk the convenience store and restaurants. And one of the only rentals that allows dogs that is very close to Long Sands. The fenced back yard is a perfect spot to let the dogs out. Further, Salt and Shine so rocks as a rental agency. They are so accommodating, timely and friendly. Such a win-win.

Amazing Vacation

We stayed for 1 week with 5 adults and a newborn. The house was spacious, accommodating, and was fully stocked with all that we needed for a week of making memories. The essentials were plentiful. Everything was in working order. We truly felt at home. We had 2 rainy days that we utilized the kitchen for cooking homemade meals - the kitchen was stocked with all the basics and made for a great experience. There was enough dining room for all 5 of us and an infant. I can’t say enough positive about this house or the Salt and Shine team for making our first vacation for our little one truly one to remember.

Great Thanksgiving get away weekend with family.

We had a great family Thanksgiving at the beach. So nice to have young adult children there for different days. Realtor very responsive to any questions I had.

Summer family vacation!

Wonderful family vacation. I don't sleep well but boy I slept great at this home! Plenty of room inside and the fire pit was so cozy for the grands to toast S'mores. One week is never enough 😪

The location is hard to beat. It doesn’t hurt that the house looks essentially brand new and service was great as well.

Lovely home. Perfect location.

The location was great. We didn’t use our car at all for the week. Right across from the beach and an easy walk to downtown. The house was lovely. Really appreciated the great supply of beach towels. The only negative was the bathrooms were on the first and third floors, and we spent a lot of time on the second floor. Othewise erfect.
