Enormt, strandfronten, rymligt hus med fri panoramautsikt över havet och Nubble Light House - fönster, fönster, fönster! Se solen och månen stiga och gå över vattnet. Stort däck ovanför garaget som sträcker sig från exceptionellt stort, luftigt sittområde. Öppen yta första våningen med vardagsrum och kök. Utsikt över havet från alla rum utom ett (bak den). Ha kul på stranden, ta en promenad upp och ner Long Beach Rd., Få lite läcker skaldjur och "berömda" Dunnes glass, och i slutet av dagen låt vågorna lugna dig att sova. Nära till Short Sands Beach och många små beachy butiker, restauranger, presentbutiker, en gammaldags läskbutik med stora taffy pulls i display, en arkad och basketplaner. Alternativt kan du hyra några kajaker, besöka Wiggly Bridge, se lokala konstnärer och besök Kittery eller Portsmouth, NH. A Great Place for a Large Group

This is great place for a large group. The property feels lived-in; it's like going to a family home. If you are looking for a fancy and modern, this is not for you. The area is family friendly; the beach is just across the street. Walking distance to good places to eat. Internet service is intermittent at best, perfect place to un-plug.The family area on the first floor is a dream...We will be back!

Great property and great host

The property speaks for itself, but I was quite pleased with the host's communication and genuine interest in making sure the stay was both accommodating and that we had anything we needed. Excellent place to stay directly across from the beach and again the host was the best.

Vacation with friends

The view was wonderful. We were looking right at the ocean. The location was excellent. The property did need some updating and repairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

York Beach Girls Trip

This property was exactly like pictured. The location is perfect for day trips, people watching or just ocean watching. The property manager is very easy to communicate with and more than helpful,answering every question we had promptly and with full information. The house is well-equipped (except for television, but understand that is a work in progress). The smell of the sea and sea roses made for good sleeping.

Front Row Seat - York Beach, Maine

Location is wonderful. Busy, fun and high-energy beachfront location with mix of residential and commercial properties. House itself is lovely - large and open first floor with 4 amply sized bedrooms on second floor. For a beach vacation, it is a terrific choice.

Short, but sweet stay at York Beach

This property was perfect for our family long weekend in September, with great views and access to the beach. There are steep steps accross from the place, so not great for elderly. The house was spaceous and comfortable. Busy street area right in front though.

Location, Views, and Space

The location of this property, the view from the windows, and the spacious living quarters all make this rental well worth staying at. The interior could use some updates, but overall it was the perfect location to stay at in York. The sunrises were amazing and the ocean view could be seen from almost every room. Also, it was so convenient to just walk across the street to the beach.

Beautiful views and perfect location!

Ocean views from the house can’t be beat - takes your breath away! Literally walk across the street to a long beautiful beach with tide pools at low tide that are great for the kids. Nice walk along the shore with lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream places nearby. So much to do in town. We had a great time.

Amazing views!!

Great location, comfortable beds- falling asleep to the waves was amazing! Beautiful view from almost every room. On hot days wished there was AC- fans were helpful- we did bring a few extra. Owner very nice and easy to deal with. A few minutes drive to Nubble Lighthouse and great shops. A memorable trip to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Great size and space, very clean, the owner was very nice and helpful, the location can’t be beat, right on the beach of long sands. Made beach days very easy and convenient. Would absolutely rent again in the future.

Amazing Beach House

We loved our stay at MJ's house! We had a multi-generation family celebration and the house was perfect. It was much larger than we expected- tons of room to spread out. There is a large deck on the second floor, for eating and watching the waves, that we spent every night on. MJ was very communicative and so helpful in providing recommendations. Cannot recommend this house enough- we will definitely stay here again.

fantastic

First time using HomeAway and had a great experience. The property manager, Maria, was very pleasant. Communications with her was excellent and she responded quickly to all questions. THe property had breathtaking views. The windows are everywhere and all you can see is ocean. Well designed !!! you could see the sunrises every morning from the bedrooms which we really enjoyed. House was just across the street from long sands beach which is very nice at low tide. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Week at the Beach

I booked the house for myself, 3 siblings and 2 spouses for a family week away. It was spectacular. The house was very spacious and located oceanfront. We were an older group, 55+, so took many early morning walks on the beach. Gorgeous sunrises! Took quick trips to Fenway, Portsmouth and Kennebunkport. The location is amazing. We would definitely recommend this to anyone planning a family get together. Lots to do and lots of space to spread out. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect Family spot in York Beach

The house was perfect for our 4 generations. The views from the many windows and balcony was extra special being directly across from the ocean. The house is spacious and well equipped. Will definitely try to stay again in the future. Lack of a/c in the bedrooms may make height of summer a bit difficult but the many other factors outweigh this for us.

Perfect beach house

This was a total dream beach house for me due to the location - the panoramic ocean views really can’t be beat! The proximity to Long Sands Beach made for some great beach days. The house was somehow even more spacious than I expected and was just perfect for our group of 8 that spanned 3 generations (3 adult couples and 2 small children). It was hard to leave and we hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect for our family vacation

The property was a perfect place for us to enjoy our family time on a summer vacation. Long Sands beach is right outside your door with a close coffee shop and restaurant/ice cream. Lots of cute spots a drive a way and nice day trips. The street is a bit noisy but well worth it for the beautiful views and ocean sounds and breezes at night. Day can be hot inside in summer with no AC but it was not an issue for us because we spent all our days out at the beach. My only wish would be to have the owner install a basic/cheap washer/dryer unit in the home because it would make it a definite for us to return some time in the future. We survived but it wasn’t ideal and the property has plenty of space for one so it seems like a no brainer to make it a more attractive rental.

Beautiful York

The property location is unmatched, the views are 180 degrees of the beach and ocean. The house is very large and roomy. All 4 bedrooms have an ocean view. Large sitting room and porch over the garage give spectacular views of the ocean and Nubble Lighthouse

Roomy and Comfortable and VIEWS!

This home was just perfect for our summertime holiday with our family of 6 spanning 3 generations. The views are fantastic, and the sound of the waves was a delightful soundtrack. The kitchen was well-equipped and we made most of our meals there. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. And the home is spacious and so very welcoming. The owner/manager was great to work with and had very easy communications. We’d very happily stay again!

Stunning Ocean Views

We had a beautiful extended weekend stay. The house was directly across from the beach with easy access stairs down from the boardwalk. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets were spectacular. The house is close to everything with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Due to COVID and having small children we did mostly takeout but there were many places available. The house is large. We had so much space to spread out. We really enjoyed evenings on the deck. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Great location across the street from the beach

Views and access to the beach are fantastic. Windows everywhere plus a second story deck that is great early morning and evenings. Very spacious house, plenty of parking. I look forward to staying there again.
