Ocean Minded is located directly above the Sand Dollar Restaurant, which operates seasonally from Memorial Day through November 1st. During this time, the restaurant often features live music and a piano bar in the evenings, typically winding down around midnight.

While many guests enjoy the lively summer atmosphere, please note that music can be heard inside the condo after 10 p.m., particularly on weekends or during events like weddings. This is part of the energy and excitement of staying in the heart of Short Sands Beach — ideal for guests who enjoy being close to the action. However, it may not suit those seeking a completely quiet getaway.
