Great Long Weekend!

My family and I had an amazing time at the property. Very clean and spacious, great for people who would like to work from home as they have many work spaces tucked away. Tony & Lindsay were great hosts and made sure we were taken care of for the duration of the trip!

Classy Comfort

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous house. Tony and Lindsay were great hosts and communicators and they take a lot of pride in their home and want their guests to love it as much as they do. Lots of comfortable spaces to hang out in the house. Loved the decor and finishes of everything and it was a very convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family-friendly stay

We were in Santa Barbara for a wedding and stayed at the Granada House with our two small children. The week of our stay the owners reached out to ask if we needed a high chair or anything else for our 1-year old, which was very thoughtful. There was also a playroom with lots of toys that both kiddos loved. Location was great and close to good coffee, breakfast/lunch spots, and Trader Joe’s. It was a perfect spot for our family and we would highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed

Quiet neighborhood. Newly remodeled and provided us everything we needed as we prepared for a wedding in SB. Lots of different areas to sit inside and out. Comfortable beds. Many food and coffee shops within walking distance. Plenty of parking when the groomsmen came by. Communication was just the right amount helpful but not intrusive.

Awesome stay for extended family

We stayed at the Granada House for a family reunion and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, sparkling clean, and fully stocked. The house was the perfect size/style for a big family. The bedrooms have big comfy beds and plenty of play space and toys for the kids. The backyard was welcoming and comfortable for outdoor eating. There is a great garage gym that had everything we needed for a full workout. The Molinas were great hosts (from afar). They were easy to get ahold of when we had questions, left us plenty of coffee, and setup a very welcoming space. We will for sure stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Quaint, Quiet, Quality Location

This home is simply perfect! We came here for a long weekend with our family and in-laws and could not have chosen a better home or location. The kids loved the bonus playroom/den area with the big screen tv as well as all the outdoor space. We spent most of our time cooking in the kitchen, playing outside and enjoying wine by the fire pit. The house was well appointed with everything we needed like extra towels, luxury sheets, extra blankets, and even toys and a high chair for our son. The home is conveniently located to grocery stores like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, as well as some great restaurants and coffee shops (Handlebar Coffee is a must-visit!). Walkable to parks and trails and just a short drive to the beach/downtown Santa Barbara. Hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our new favorite getaway

This home was beautifully designed inside and out. The property managers really thought through each detail to make sure we had everything we needed, including so many accessories for our 15 month old. The crib, high chair, and endless toys were a huge bonus to the trip. This neighborhood is centrally located and all the neighbors were friendly. I really enjoyed being able to hike/bike right from the house. Also, there are 3 grocery stores and tons of restaurants all within a short distance. The property managers replied quickly to all of our messages and they really love hosting. We can’t wait to come back!

Hi we’re Tony and Lindsay (+Luca)! We moved to Santa Barbara in 2020 from The Bay Area and love it here! We remodeled a lot of our home in the first year and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is the perfect home to enjoy time away with the kids in a nice residential setting with ideal WFH amenities (3 desks, Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread, Full Gym). We both work remotely so we put a lot of time into making this the perfect place to work and enjoy Santa Barbara. We also have young kids so we have everything you need already here -- don't bring your whole life with you...instead, have peace in mind knowing we have all the basic kid-friendly amenities.
