Welcome to our RANCH! The Lemonade House sits in the middle of over 600 acres of different types of citrus. You'll enjoy the peace and secluded feeling of farm life, while "close enough to town" to go (10m) to a nice restaurant, lake or golf. Careful, you might get addicted to the quiet, lol!

OUR SPACE:
We have modeled the Lemonade House to experience real citrus farming life. Enjoy a walk around the property, ask questions of the owners, you might even see fruit getting picked for market.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The owners live only 500 feet away, so can easily help with any questions.
We ask that guests sign a simple, short-term rental agreement only to protect the property from any large destruction, which will be sent via Docusign to their email.

We love our privacy, please kindly keep your stay at the lemonade house without any additional visitors during the day or night.
We have lots of green areas to walk and hang out on the front and back porch.

For those traveling as a couple or “SOLO”, we offered a cleaning discount on your stay.
We also have longer stays 4-6 and up to 8 weeks ( Stays longer than 6 days have an additional cleaning fee)

We “may” consider having a pet if is less than 40 lbs and a payment fee per stay.
For those working from home, our internet is a Premium package: 25 Mbps download/3Mbps upload.

Great spot for 5 or 6 people!

We had a wedding to attend down the road in springville and the location worked out really nicely. The place made for a really comfortable stay over a long weekend and would definitely recommend for a longer stay as well.

Amazing and perfect in every way

If you ever think you want to rent your property out, please take lessons from the hostess at this house, Lily. Not only is the house spotlessly clean, roomy, quiet and comfortable, it's also nestled amongst thousands of citrus trees. There are two charming horses right outside your window, and the dogs are as sweet as can be. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked - you can actually cook entire meals! But even more wonderful is all the little touches - the kind welcome note; the lemon-themed, cheery decor; the labels on the cupboards so that you can easily find kitchen stuff; big fluffy comforters and plenty of extra blankets; and so much more! Normally when you have a house this we-appointed, it come with a binder full of rules, but instead, this house had little notes asking you to feel right at home. It's honestly one of the best VRBO's I've ever stayed at. I can't wait to come back!

This is very cute and clean. The directions to the property were horrible

The check in is easy. It is super cute. The furniture is super old. I set a suitcase on a stool next 2 the dresser and it cracked the wicker from the age. She kept my 120$ pet deposit because there was something spilled on a sheet. We wasted half a tank of gas looking for the place because the directions are wrong. Definetly don't bring your kids . It is not worth the money they charge per night!!
