Located in the heart of the city with a walking score of 10. You can park in your designated free secure parking spot for days and never use your car. We are located in the hustle and bustle of China town on one side of the building and the opposite side is the start of cafe's, coffee shops, bars, shopping and the water front. Victoria's beautiful inner harbour is rich with culture, history, museums you could walk for hours and never be bored.

Perfect location

Great spot within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. Charming neighbourhood, surrounded by coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. Condo is clean, cozy, quiet and well appointed.

Stayed here for 5 nights May 2022. Property was modern, well equipped with all you need, centrally located and parking included. Check in was easy and owner responded texts and phone calls right away, friendly and helpful. Thanks Val.

Christmas Condo

We had planned our stay in Victoria and reserved Valerie’s condo months in advance. The location , having stayed in The Union, is great with coffee shops , restaurants and grocers nearby. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled, but our son made it to Victoria . Valrie agreed to his stay and he was happy with the accommodation. It was convenient to have a parking spot and a full kitchen to prepare food to bring to family.. The addition of a Christmas tree was a thoughtful gift. Although we didn’t make our trip a big thank you to Valrie for being a super host. We would be happy to try to rebook in the future.

Perfect but warm.

Loved everything about place but the limited air circulation. It was warm when we visited and AC unit only got living room. Fans in bedroom of little help ( also loud). I realize it was warmer than usual but just a ceiling fan or two would have helped tremendously.

Just as advertised.

The property was located within easy walking distance to inner harbour, restaurants and shopping. The condo itself had all amenities we required. Would stay there again when visiting Victoria

Great location and place

Great place and great location! Val was very organized and gave us all the information we needed. Only downside of the stay was coordinating a single fob to enter the building between 4 people but we managed non the less. Thanks for a great weekend 😊
