Wonderful and spacious unique condo with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the 3rd level of Marina Place. Dillon Retreat offers a great getaway for the weekend. Marina Place is 15 minutes from Keystone Resort and 20 minutes from Copper and Breckenridge. Great for ski season and right on the lake for summer concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater. It is located on the 3rd floor above the covered parking for 2 cars, and is within walking distance to numerous dining establishments. Gorgeous view of Lake Dillon from the Deck with gas grill! Kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full size stove, and refrigerator. Free high speed wired internet access. Clubhouse with laundry facilities, pool and community hot tub. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

Dillon Keystone

Great place to stay as our family was there to go skiing at Keystone. Clean, comfortable, and covered parking. Would stay here again, without question.

Good stay for the money

This property is not fancy but has everything you need. Very clean. Good price. Good communication and service from the property manager. Recommended if you are looking for a good vale.

Nice Place and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay, great condo with everything we needed and right above a really nice pool, hottub and sauna. The location was great too.

Perfectly suited for our group. Plenty of room and amenities. Beautiful views and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Ski trip

Family trip to ski. Condo good. Bedroom slider wouldn’t open. Wasn’t happy with 3 floor location or very tight garage slip. Entire property was an icy dangerous place to walk. Called management with question at 4 one day and they never called me back.Being picky but feedback is meant to help.

Great Stay

Everybody in our party really liked the condo and loved the location. The "starter" supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. were more than adequate for our six night stay (thanks!). Our only complaint/disappointment was you were unable to open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom (and there were no other windows in it) so it got a little warm and stuffy in there on occasions during our August stay, It would be nice if this issue was addressed.

Great spot!

This place was exactly what we were looking for: reasonable price, and close to the water and Dillon Amphitheater. The hot tub and pool were nice, too. Really happy we picked this place.

Enjoyed the condo!

Condo was nice and it was clean. The living room furniture could use an upgrade as it’s not comfortable. Only one comfortable chair. Master bedroom sliding glass door doesn’t open. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Nice location near the water and some good restaurants.

Comfortable and cozy, just what we needed for a girls get-a-away. Pool and sauna area were great!

Great stay!

This condo was clean and well stocked. The location was great, it is within walking distance of several restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We did have an issue with a bed, but the property manager took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again.
