Vår Marina Place-enhet erbjuder året runt njutning för din nästa semester, oavsett om du är här för att åka skidor, snowboard, segla, båt, cykel, vandra eller bara koppla av. Våra två sovrum / två badrum lägenhet erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över sjön och de omgivande bergen. Vårt läge i Dillon Colorado är centralt beläget inte långt från Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge och Copper Mountain.

Parkera dina bilar på vår täckta parkering och gå till de lokala restaurangerna eller brygga puben, eller ta den gratis toppmötesplatsen till Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain eller Silverthorne. Busshållplatsen ligger tvärs över gatan. Eller sitta ute på balkongen för att njuta av utsikten över cyklisterna på leden eller segelbåtar på sjön.

Det stora sovrummet har en ny drottningstor madrassuppsättning med kuddtopp, angränsande master-badrum och tillgång till balkongen. Gäst sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med dubbelsäng våningssängar. Hallbadrummet har en två handfat fåfänga och dusch / badkar combo.

Vår första våningsenhet ligger nära hissen så att du inte behöver oroa dig för att dra din semesterutrustning upp trappor. Badtunnan och bastun ligger närmast vår enhet. Kasta bara på din kostym och ta en handduk och dina steg bort från avkoppling.

Sommaren på Marina Place erbjuder obegränsade möjligheter för cykling, segling, båtliv och vandring. Vi är bara några steg från cykelvägen till Keystone, Breck, Frisco och Vail. Om du är en mountainbiker, finns stora möjligheter till enkelspår nära Keystone, Frisco eller Breckenridge. Gå ner till världens högsta Marina för att segla eller sitta bredvid sjön vid Tiki Bar. Gratis kvällskonserter på utomhus amfiteatern ligger bara en minuts promenad eller ta dina barn till den nya lekplatsen och picknickområdet med utsikt över sjön.

Vårt läge är perfekt för familj eller vänner att njuta av de många aktiviteter som finns i Summit County.

Very nice place to stay

Susan was a terrific host and is very caring about your stay. The house was very nice inside and very well kept. The layout was perfect for our stay and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. It's is a safe area and has some beautiful views of the lake just steps away. The unit is well furnished with kitchen needs. The bedrooms each have humidifiers, which were very much appreciated. The hot tub is on an extended long term fix and was not working. But Susan arranged for us to use a hot tub in an adjacent building (3 minute walk) and that was nice. The water supply has reports of radon but Susan said it was okay as long as the water is run for 30 seconds prior. We mostly used bottled water so it was no concern. As others have mentioned parking can be a challenge IF ice or heavy snow is present. A gutter drains in the parking vicinity and can freeze the water from melting snow. Thankfully Susan had the ice cleared before we arrived so we didn't have any problems fitting a Toyota 4 Runner in the parking spot. Susan also arranged for alternative parking for us in case we needed it. The gas fireplace is very nice, has a remote control thermostat and provides ambience and heat. The condo was a gem and Susan was a top notch host.

Great ski getaway

Overall everything was great. Susan was very organized and communicative. Parking is a bit tight and can get icy, but we managed with 4 wheel drive.

Fantastic place to stay in Dillom

We really enjoyed staying in Susan's condo. The location is perfect, its close to everything -- marina, restaurants, supermarket, hikes. It also has incredible views of the lake. The condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Susan called me to check if we arrived ok, which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful getaway

Fabulous location and the property was so quiet. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with helpful kitchen items. The main bedroom bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the living room fireplace. The hot tub and pool were clean and well cared for. Covered parking a huge plus. Would definitely rent here again.

Great family vacation

Susan was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. Well stocked kitchen and pantry, great for making your own meals. Condo itself is well laid out. Enjoyed close access to walking trail by the Dillon Marina. Easy access to main roads to ski areas. Would strongly recommend renting for families or a couple couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything you need

It was wonderful to stay at a well stocked condo. Plenty of blankets, every condiment you could need, and easy access to the room. Things to note include a trek through snow to get to the only open clubhouse and covered parking was unavailable due to icy conditions and a difficult angle to a narrow spot. We were able to secure a free space nearby so not a big issue for us. Wonderful host- very responsive!

We enjoyed the condo. The fireplace is warm and cozy. The kitchen was great. Very close to Keystone and Silverthorne, and convenient to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo

By far the best stocked condo we ever stayed at. We used the kitchen extensively and didn’t need to supply any soaps or paper products. Full set of knives, pans and anything you would need. Our cat was a little large and didn’t fit the parking. But offsite parking was within a block for a small fee. Definitely recommend

Great condo for ski trip

Clean and comfortable condo. Had all we needed for a ski vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Strong wifi also very nice and not always a given in mountain condos. Great communication and check in/out.

Annual Colorado Snow Ski Trip

Several of my adult sons, and now one of my grandsons, enjoy an annual snow ski trip together, typically to Colorado. We enjoy Dillon, where this condo is located. Very nice condo with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Well maintained and appointed. The owner contacted us and is very pleasant and helpful. I would have give all 5's above except for two things: (1) the rugs in the entry and bathrooms looked like they had not been vacuumed or cleaned; otherwise the condo was very clean (2) the garage parking space was unusable --- very small and tight, with entry on a slant between a concrete retaining wall and a large concrete pillar, with a thick layer of ice across the entry from an adjacent down spout. If there were no ice, only a small vehicle could fit comfortably. Finding a place to park was an issue for the first two nights of our stay. The owner kindly contacted some other owners and found one who allowed us to park in their garage spot in the adjacent building. The City of Dillon now charges for overnight parking in their lots (which adds up over 5-6 nights). These issues should be disclosed up front in the property description, in my opinion. We would rent this condo again and recommend it to others with the caveat regarding vehicle parking.
