It was our first time in Dillon and everything about the trip was great, including our condo. The place was as described and very nice and clean. Pat was very responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time staying at the condo for spring break skiing. It was the perfect size for 3 of us. The elevator was being repaired during our stay so we needed to take the stairs, but the host did give us a heads up. Highly recommend the property for your next mountain vacation!

This was a great central location to Keystone, Breck, Copper, Beaver Creek and Vail! We also had friends who wanted to X-country ski, which would have been ideal location, but can't do much about the snow! The condo was super clean! It was also very comfortable for 2 couples. The added den was nice for those of us who needed to do a little work while in CO. The hosts were super responsive and polite when we had any questions about our stay.

Wonderful Location

We stayed here for a weekend away, this condo was in a great location to do just about anything we wanted to and not have to drive. The owner's were very nice and accommodating with great recommendations for local events.

David’s place was perfect for our group of 6. The condo was clean and comfortable with 3 bathrooms and plenty of space. We loved walking down to the marina and other close shops and dinning. The host was very friendly and great at communicating and working with our group before our stay.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Dillon. Very well equipped kitchen, cozy mountain cottage feel and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We walked to the Amphitheater and Pug Ryans for dinner. The condo was quiet.

Awesome place!

The owners did a fantastic job of communicating information and making sure we were prepared! The condo was lovely with plebty of rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property over 4th of July weekend, and enjoyed it as our "home base" very much. We would happily stay here again in the future. The communication from the owner was excellent. He gave us all the details we needed along with local recommendations. The location is very convenient with lots of parking. It is right along the biking/walking trail to the Dillon marina and the amphitheater (both a very short walking distance). We met several, long-time unit owners at the complex, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.The condo is nicely updated and decorated nicely, giving it a very homey and inviting feel. Beds are very comfy and the kitchen and baths had all the supplies we needed. This property has 3 full baths, which is pretty awesome. Wi-fi worked great the whole time. The flex room with the daybed & trundle is great as a remote working spot, or an extra bedroom for kids. The balcony was nice and cool in the evenings for winding down and enjoying the views. It was a hot weekend, so we appreciated the extra fans and evaporative coolers that are provided. The complex's new pool area is also nice and easy to access.
