Pleasurable short stay with amazing views of Lake Dillon

Check in was painless, Jordan was great and took very good care of us.The kitchen is equipped to cook some family meals.

Felt like home

We really liked our stay. The place has everything you need. It was comfortable, and we felt right at home. The view of the Tenmile Range from the deck never gets old. I would rent again.

Perfect set up for ski/snowboard trip

The property had a ski locker for gear and a front entryway with hooks and a bench for helmets, coats, and boots. The property was clean and had a great Mountain View!

Center of everything

Location, location, location!! Gorgeous view (even in the winter), everything (restaurants, grocery, ski shops) is close by
 as for the place, no frills but it’s very clean and comfy and very spacious for a family of 4. The Grill works! Love that the unit has a designated covered parking and has a working elevator! Keystone is only 6-7 miles away and Breck is about 10-12 miles away.

Last escape before school

We loved this building, it was in the center of everything. I loved being able to sit out on the deck! Great internet. Loved the overhead parking. Good to have separate bathrooms with teenagers! We are definitely coming back next year!

First off management team is great Anna was fantastic condo is very clean new kitchen and baths location and view is excellent but place needs new blinds and sliders hard to close patio outside is nice but the building is so old and people who live upstairs are very noisy and not considerate of people below them you hear everything also the condo assoc doesn’t clean when u get off elevator hall smells terrible and very dirty

Good view but kitchen was not very well equipped

There is a fantastic view of the mountains and lake from the living room window but the kitchen was not very well equipped. There was a pepper shaker but no salt or other seasonings. There weren't enough pots and pans. No steamer for vegetables. No aluminum foil or any other things like baggies. It would have been nice if the place had a few more of these types of things. The grill went out while trying to cook chicken. Upon further inspection the grill parts were rusted and had fallen inside the grill. It needs to be repaired or replaced. There was one washing machine pod for one load of laundry. Most places I have stayed have been better equipped. At one point we tried to leave but the deadbolt was jammed and would not release. Maintenance came promptly and eventually it operated correctly. All in all it wasn't that bad of a place it just needed to be better equipped.

Everything was great except the add said to use lock box and it was really touch pad on door. When we arrived it was dark and we tried many times to open the lock box. We called and they did returned call back right away and explained it was the door keypad. All was good then.

Slice of Heaven

This property is a little slice of heaven! The view is spectacula! It’s so convenient to Lake Dillon, the amphitheater, Tiki Bar, Pug Ryan’s etc we never had to take the car out and had plenty to do. The bed is also so comfortable! Will definitely visit again!

The house is great but management is unresponsive and not flexible at all. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am? That is pretty brutal all things considered. You pay for a $250-300 cleaning fee but it is required for you to put the dishwasher on

Wonderful stay

Location was great, close to everything. Parking was nice but watch your head, we are all tall and had to duck in the covered parking. The unit itself was VERY clean, offered ample space, and had everything that you'd need for a stay. Views were beautiful. The beds were very comfy and the heated bathroom floors were well appreciated. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.
