Wonderful Hosts!

Great spot for our fall stay, So nice to have a place for our truck and car trailer- Just be mindful of lots of steps if you are a senior citizen like us.

Fantastic Vacation

My husband and our three young children ages 10,5, and 18 months stayed here for 10 days and when I tell you we did not want to come home I am not exaggerating. Condo was very clean, hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond and location was perfect. Everything you need and more in very close walking distance. The outside pool is big with plenty of seating. We are an active family so we didn’t mind the steps up to the third floor however if you’re not used to a lot of steps or have issues with physical activity I would not recommended being on a third floor condo with no elevators especially with luggage and groceries. The steps are also outside so can get slippery when rains. It is well mentioned in the listing that it’s in the third floor so it was fine with us and we were aware ahead of time. The people we met both vacationing and living full time in the development were all very nice and respectful. We look forward to future stays at this property! Endless memories and fun were made.

Long weekend away

This condo was the perfect getaway for our trip. It was beautiful and well maintained, cozy and well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Mike & Heather were quick to answer with questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place

Mike and Heathers property was perfect for our family of 3. It was close to many of our favorite places in OC. It was clean, parking was easy and just overall great. Their communication with is was prompt and they sent reminders which was great for this working Mom who is in school!! We’d love to stay again.

They have crated a relaxing welcoming environment here. We spent most of our time at the condo on the balcony watching the world go by. Mike and heather were great to deal with. Highly recommended this rental!!

Cozy Condo

Friend and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip. We really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room to move around. The bed in the master was comfy. The couch was a little uncomfortable to sleep on it we made do. My only complaint would be the narrow steps to get up to the 3rd floor. This isn’t necessarily the owners problem but just something to be aware of when you are carrying luggage up. The pool are was nice. Lots of lawn chairs and tables. Overall we enjoyed this property and will book here again
