The Three Cheers building has an elevated outdoor pool (opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend) with great views of Coastal Highway. Located directly across the street from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Speed World and Splash Mountain you won't find a better spot for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to many restaurants including Higgins Crab House, Mother's Cantina, 28th St Pit-n-Pub, Dry Dock 28, Ristorante Antipasti, Guido's Burirrito's, OC Wasabi, Tommy's Sub Shop, and many more.

Furnished with everything you need for your beach vacation this 377 sq ft efficiency with kitchenette maximizes space with a queen size Murphy bed that is easily pulled down from the wall at night and allows for more space during the day. In addition the pull out queen size sleep sofa has an upgraded mattress, so you can sleep a maximum of 4 guests comfortably in our unit. This is the perfect place to relieve your stress and make vacation memories to last a lifetime.

Beach vibes

My boyfriend and I decided on going to OC for the weekend. I found Carl's place and it looked exactly like the pictures. Carl was a fantastic host. The property was very clean and my boyfriend and I had a very relaxing fun weekend. We loved that there was places to eat in a walking distance and the boardwalk wasn't that far of a drive. The beach was beautiful and not a far walk at all. We plan on coming back again. Thank you Carl for letting us stay at you're 2nd place from home.

Nice location

We were in town for concert weekend. The location was nice and very convenient to restaurants and bars. The unit was clean and plenty of room for the two of us. Carl was a great host and communicate very well.

Home away from home

The property is good but needs minor upgrades. The property owner is great and communicates quickly. The location is great and near everything. Our stay was pleasant.

Great Place

The place was great for us. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach and around many restaurants. Carl was great, checking in a few times throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a great stay. The pool is nice and the location is perfect with lots of food choices very close. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also the neighbors were very friendly, with a friendly dog as well. Will be back again for sure

Great place

The place was perfect for our family of 4! It was as described and Carl checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. Place was quiet and peaceful. Close walk to the beach and pool was the perfect. Right across the street from Jolly Roger’s too. We definitely plan to come back!!

Super cute spot!

We loved this place. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) and so close to everything. 2 minute walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool! Really friendly neighbors who made us feel so welcomed. Carl was very responsive and checked in with us before and during our stay and was very helpful. We had a really good time and will definitely be back!

What a wonderful week!!

The property was the perfect little beach condo for our week stay, a short little walk to the beach and a pool that wasn’t too busy we could always get a spot. Carl was a great host, very communicative and helpful, check in and check out was smooth sailing. The location is great tons of bars and restaurants right around also close enough to the boardwalk but not too close where you get the hustle and bustle. Also, Rocky the dog next door became our best friend:) it was a great trip !
