Located ocean block on 121st Street, the perfect haven for a small family. If you like a small building in a great location, this is for you!
Condo rents any three nights in season, any two nights off season for your convenience. Renovated condo is located on the 2nd floor of an elevated building (building does not have an elevator) Full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker.
Bed sizes include a queen and a single in the bedroom, specifically a unique custom built twin over queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Top bunk is suitable for children age 5 and older. Guests provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Non-Smoking Non Vaping in condo or balcony please, No pets please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great small family getaway!!

Our 2 little girls had an amazing time with such a short walk to the beach. Property was clean and fit all our needs. Location was perfect with just about anything you need in walking distance.

Property was perfect for one person, safe area, very quiet. Condo was beautiful, well appointed and I think the only items I would suggest would be hotpads and a spatula! One other suggestion, love the key pad door lock, but maybe an internal deadbolt or chain would add some extra feeling of security.

Home away from home

I loved the location. We actually had a week long event in Salisbury that we traveled to but we’re able to enjoy being at the beach on our off times. This location made it very easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this property. Wish I stayed longer! Very relaxing.

OC Weekend

Property looked just like the pictures. Location was great. Some fixes could be taken care of (IE: window blinds do not open in living room, no remote in bedroom--couldn't even use TV, leave at least a "starter" of one roll of toilet paper/paper towels/kitchen trash bag.) Other than that, everything was just as descibed. We enjoyed our girls weekend in OCMD.

Ocean City, Md summer vacation

Wonderful condo for a couple. Close to beach and Northside Park. Great location. The condo is wonderfully decorated and has what you need. Everything is brand new. The small deck was great for morning coffee. Would rent again. Only issue was that the bedroom remote was missing. I contacted management company to report. They offered another but we were fine without.

Great stay

We had a great stay here for the 2nd time. Pros: Love the location and the cozy use of space. Cons: kitchen ants (addressed quickly but never really cleared out, thankfully they mostly stayed out of our food), plastic dishes (I much prefer real plates etc especially for hot food), so the kitchen is stocked well but not awesome - BYO oven mitts and liquid measuring cup! They are not supplied for some reason. Also, there was no way to rinse sand off of our feet without going to the hardware store to buy our own faucet key because there wasn’t one in the unit and management said they didn’t have any. Overall we’d still stay again knowing the quirks and coming prepared for them.

Hospitality- HAH!

I'd forgotten that Home Away had merged with VRBO, thus permitting rental agencies to list under the VRBO heading. My bad. Renters beware. We have rented from owners across Europe, New Zealand and multiple sites in the US. We are used to communicating directly with owners who truly have a vested interest. Central Reservations does not appear to have the best interest for their clients- owners and renters. If they did, they would make their check-in more user friendly. After a long drive, we had to travel an additional 20 minutes just to pick up "keys" and parking pass for a keyless entry unit! Email the code and leave a pass in the unit, as owners around the world do! Also, don't argue with me that the cleaners can't leave a single roll of toilet paper in the unit! It's common decency, regardless of your stingy contract- supply all linens and paper products! Totally NOT worth it to stay here for a couple of nights. We would have been better off at a hotel where we could have gotten a decent cup of coffee without purchasing Keurig pods we will never use. BTW, we had a two month rental in New Zealand where we never had to purchase paper products, detergents or supply linens. We did before leaving, to replace what had generously been left for us. We left the OC unit as we found it, clean and unwelcoming- with a partial roll of TP! Obviously the 15 5 star ratings we'd read for this place were either friends of CR, bots or much more forgiving than us.

Small Weekend Getaway

Location of this property was ideal for our little family being a beach block away. Additionally having restaurants, ice cream and a grocery store within walk distance. The cleanliness and amenities of the property were great. We overall enjoyed our stay, for the exception of not having an outdoor shower or way to rinse off from the beach prior to entering the property. Additionally we had to get creative with the top bunk for our 4 year old as there is a large gap that they could have rolled through. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay in this great location on quiet street close to the beach. -Check in requires extra time as must go to 62nd street for keyless entry code (central reservation agent was pleasant and process it only took 2 minutes) before able to access condo on 121st street. Check out is completed through a simple phone call. -Top bunk is not ideal for young child with large gap between mattress and safety rail with risk of child falling out of bed. Will definitely return as we were pleased with condo as advertised

Location can’t be beat

Overall very pleased with the property, process, and experience. Would recommend to others. We ran into one issue upon arrival, the prior renters bedding was left in a pile on the floor but a call to the property management company had it resolved quickly. The condo was well appointed with new furnishings and all the necessities. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Cute Condo

Our first time visiting Ocean City, MD. The condo was a perfect choice for us, it was right next to the beach, food, and entertainment. Everything in the condo was maintained nicely and decor was modern beach with a relaxing feel.

Great place for small family or less💯

All new appliances, furniture etc. Very well decorated. Super clean . I would definitely stay there again. There are some stairs though but not many, it's very close to the beach, enjoyed my stay.
