Detta Àr en stor 1 sovrum Condominium med Den och extra garderob, fullt Àter kök, stor balkong med havsutsikt. Condo har 1 sovrum med queen size-sÀng, 1 spis med vÄningssÀngar, 1 queen size utdragbar soffa och en tvilling storlek trille. LÀgenheten ligger 70 meter frÄn sanden och har egen ingÄng och parkeringsplats. Mycket unik lÀgenhet pÄ stranden och pÄ en privat vÀg. Det finns ett stort badrum och Àter i köket. Som sagt, detta Àr inte Ritz Carlton. Enheten Àr mycket ren och i gott skick men det hÀr Àr inte ett 4-stjÀrnigt hotell. Vi erbjuder en ren och rolig lÀgenhet med ett fantastiskt lÀge som Àr perfekt för familjer till ett rimligt pris.

Amazing location!

Great little property right near the beach, nice neighborhood. Comfy bed, hot shower, front door parking and convenient outdoor shower to wash off sand! Would definitely return. Owner is super responsive and provides great recommendations.

The rental was very clean and a convenient location. We loved taking our pups to the beach. This was a great spot and we are already looking to book again!

Great stay

Steve was very easy to deal with and communicative and the price was reasonable for the time of year we stayed. He made sure we got inside without trouble and then mid week to make sure we didn't need anything. The only quirk was the dog crate under the bed. It was heavy and maybe I didn't push hard enough but it was in the middle and prevented us from putting the suitcases under the bed. I would just make sure it's pushed up close to the top of the bed. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice, clean place. Convienent location with the beach accessible just a few steps away. The host reached out beforehand with extra information about the property and gave recommendations on places to check out. We enjoyed our time here!

Quaint and quiet

The condo was very quaint and the location quiet as it was closer to Fenwick. The beach was a short walk. The condo is located close to places to walk to eat. The just was incredible and communicated with me prior to our stay and made sure we arrived safely. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. It was in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. We liked that it was the exact center of everything. The Ocean City Boardwalk was a short distance away. The property met our expectations and the host was very helpful in offering advice. We highly recommend staying here.

I had a great weekend stay at the condo It was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a new born baby. The location was perfect, only a few steps from the beach. All things considered the fee was a fair price.

Perfect Beach Location

This was the perfect spot, just a minutes walk to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet little spot. The condo had everything we needed and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and entertainment in the area. We enjoyed taking a nice drive up to Rehoboth and back one of the days we had rain. I would highly recommend this little condo and you can’t beat the price. We will likely be booking again in the future.

Absolutely the best!!!!!

From the first contact to the last check out- Stephen went ABOVE & beyond to help me and accommodate my four kids and myself. He gave local recommendations, he was in contact whenever I needed him on the trip too! You won’t get that with an overpriced hotel room! The condo itself is CLEAN, the neighbors are so friendly, and it’s location is GOLDEN. There’s laundry right across the street, the beach entrance is private and not crowded at all! Boardwalk was 15 minutes away ! All the good restaurants, fish tales, secrets, dead Freddie’s. All right out your doorstep. Everything was provided in the condo except obviously your linens! Which is nice because it kept it clean/sanitary. Oh and the lock on the door you can just use the code so u never have to worry about carrying keys with you on the beach- a savior with kids! We will DEF be back and thank you SO MUCH Stephen!

A clean little condo in a good location. Its just a few steps from the sand and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The owners communicated often and were flexible when asked. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet vacation spot

Cute condo. Nestled back from the main strip. Easy access to the beach and coastal highway. A little bit hard to find, but very quiet. Plenty enough space for two. Ac is very cold.

Holiday Stay

My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place in North Ocean City near my sister's house for the holiday.I was lucky enough to find Steve and Ben's condo. It fit our needs perfectly, and was neat and very clean.Steve was very responsive with any questions I had.Would love to go back when we can take advantage of the deck and the ocean view.

Great location and cute, cozy condo.

My husband and I came for a festival. The condo was a very short walk to the ocean, great location, 9 miles from the boardwalk and close to many restaurants. It had everything we needed. Great neighbors as well! Pet friendly. Would visit again!

Adorable place!

The check in process was seamless. We came down here for Ocean’s Calling and we had a blast staying here. Its location is pretty solid, and Steve was incredibly responsive. It was our first time staying this far north and it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Be advised that you need to bring your own linens and towels (that was no big deal though). Thanks!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

You can not find a condo closer to the beach for this price. The condo also is located on a small private road with little to no traffic. We work hard to have a reasonable, safe and clean vacation home for families. This is a quiet location that is accessible to everything with a private setting. Front door to sand in less than a minute with 1 large private parking space and available parking for more vehicles in very close proximity.
