This corner-unit townhome is appointed with new furniture and coastal-chic design elements. Amenities include a big elevated deck, balcony, and private dock with kayaks and paddle boards. Located on the Destin Harbor with easy access to the East Pass, Crab Island, the sugar-white sand beach, and HarborWalk Village.

Relax on a queen sectional sofa bed and watch a movie on the 65” smart TV, or stream music on the soundbar. A sunroom has a sectional and lovely water views. Unwind in the ground-floor guest suite living room, complete with a queen sofa bed and a 55” smart TV. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances outfit the kitchen. A big kitchen bar offers meal prep space and counter seating. Gather for meals at the dining table. The ground-level guest suite has a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small bar.

The third-floor primary suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, 60” smart TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony with seating for two and awesome views. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a 42” smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. A twin-over-twin bunk bed is found in the third bedroom, as well as a 32” smart TV and a private balcony with sunset views. A half bath is on the second floor. Located in the guest suite, the fourth bedroom can be accessed via a separate ground floor entry, and has a queen bed and 32” smart TV. The third bath has a walk-in shower.

Sip drinks on the second-floor deck while gazing over Holiday Isle. The outdoor space boasts high-top seating and a grill. Spend afternoons on the private dock. Lounge on umbrella-shaded Adirondack chairs or at the bar. A ladder is ideal for swims off the dock. Or, launch the provided kayaks and paddle boards. (Please note the boat slip and dock cannot accommodate boats at this time.) The guest suite includes a partially enclosed, covered deck with high-top chairs.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, Wii, six bicycles, kayaks (three adult and two junior), four paddle boards, fishing poles, and board games (4’ Connect Four, large Jenga, ring toss) are provided.

Things to Know
Access to this townhome is via a flight of steps.
Boats are not allowed to tie off at this dock. If you choose to bring a boat you will need to find an alternative boat dock.
This property strictly prohibits pets. Violation will result in a guest fine and eviction without refund.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are located at the entrance, side, and rear of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
