It was a nice unit. The washer had a mold and mildew and smelled. They have us a cleaning tablet but it didn’t work . I had to go and buy more cleaner and clean it 3 times, still smelled but it was better. If I rented again I would rent one closer to the beach so we didn’t have to drive. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the unit overall. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the washer and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We also appreciate your patience in trying to resolve the issue during your stay. We'll make sure this is addressed with our maintenance team so the washer can be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for future guests. Thank you as well for your comments about the location. We understand that every guest has different preferences, and being closer to the beach can certainly be more convenient for some. Perfect for teenage boys. It was a bit of a walk to the beach 3-5 minutes within the condo community but fast food, grocery, shops all within walking distance (have to cross a 4 lane road with heavy traffic). A lot more beach stuff than other reviews. Dated chairs, wagon, rolling cooler. Kitchen had everything you could want. Was very clean.

Thank you so much for your review. Yes, there is not a bathroom on the entrance floor. However, there is a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor. Great Value

Clean, well equipped, and very roomy. About 8 minute walk to the beach from our unit (#11) without having to cross any streets. Pool was close by and our unit provided privacy and we weren't disturbed by any neighbors. Convenient location to stores, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed the location being a short walk from the beach (though a little further than we originally thought). The condo is nice and has a good amount of space, with the kitchen having a number of cooking pans, utensils, and dishware for our stay. The one issue we had was that it is stated that there is a heated pool, but they were not heating it at the time.
