Steg till sanden! Bekvämt beläget i stadsdelen Crystal Shores erbjuder vårt hem det bästa av Crystal Beach-området i Destin. Vårt hem ligger nära den uppvärmda poolen och ligger bara en kort promenad från Hutchinson offentliga tillgång till stranden (kompletterat med utomhusduschar, offentliga badrum och en livräddningsstation). Crystal Shores är ett lyxigt inhägnad område med vita staket som ligger nära de vita sandstränderna medan de fortfarande ligger nära köpcentret Destin Commons, och erbjuder flera underhållnings- och matalternativ som du säkert kommer att älska.

Huset har ett stort däckområde, en bekväm veranda, en privat master balkong, en lugn gård, och erbjuder följande sovrum: (1) ett drottning sovrum och (2) ett angränsande drottning sovrum, åtskilda med ett komplett badrum på huvudvåningen. Uppför trappan hittar du (3) ett våningssängrum med två enkelsängar över full våningssäng och (4) en stor master-svit med klädkammare, privat balkong, sittplatser inomhus och ett lyxigt master-badrum med båda stand-up dusch och separat jacuzzi. Längre uppför trappan finns det ett (5) sov sovområde med en dubbelsäng med en dubbelsängssäng under.

Arrived to several cockroaches in the rooms, some dead some alive, cleanliness was not great but the home is in a great location for beach access, owner was responsive about our issues but still not pleasant with a 1 and 3 year old.

This is a beautiful home in an outstanding location. Sadly, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There were drip marks on some of the blinds, dirt streaks on some of rhe kitchen cabinets, dirty toss pillows and more. Even so, I'd probably stay there again.

The location of this property is its best feature. We enjoyed our stay and did not spend most of our time in the house. It was functional, yet left much to be desired. The dish washer did not work and smelled terrible if we opened it. The couches cave in at the center so we preferred to use the dining chairs instead. The windows need to be replaced and were difficult to see through - as well as AC cooling at the top loft was minimal, likely due to this. The host was responsive when we asked about check in. However, did not reply when we reported the dishwasher a few days before departure. This house served its purpose for our group but leaves much room for improvements.

Large Home with Walk to Beach Convenience

This is hard to beat for the combination of rental size and walk to the beach location. Traffic in Destin is a big issue so this central location for all needs and activities east and west helped for all our needs. A problem with the new HVAC system was resolved in a timely manner. The quiet street in an otherwise busy resort town is much appreciated.

In need of TLC

As all previous reviews I agree it is a great location and owner responsive. Also many people mentioned in need of a deep cleaning. It definitely needs cleaned! The walls and doors, like the pantry door, grossly dirty. The deck splintered and nails sticking up. Lots of homes with this great location so I’d recommend looking for one with better reviews on cleanliness.

Would stay here again

House was a perfect size for our family (us with our adult kids & small grandchildren). Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of extras to use for the beach (chairs and toys). We loved the location.... close to the pool, safe area, clean & quaint neighborhood. Owner is great to respond quickly to any messages, needs, concerns. Very helpful. The only complaints we had were the beach area was very crowded as it is a public beach area, and the house is in much need of A DEEP clean!! Could use some updates too, beds were not very comfy (several of us have had backs and it was a little rough for that), but nothing we couldn't overlook. Overall, we would stay here again. Easy walk to the beach, and we had 3 kids under age one!

Crystal Delight was perfect!!!

Crystal Delight was the perfect home for our Destin vacation. We had a family of six ranging from 7 months to 80 years old and we all loved it! It was very spacious! One teen loved having the third floor to herself. The other teen enjoyed sleeping on the bunk bed. The master bedroom was amazing!!! So much room and space. And the 80 year old enjoyed staying on the main floor as to not have to navigate steps. It was perfect and still room for more. It was a very short walking distance to the beach. In fact, at other beaches I would say the walking distance from Crystal Delight to the beach would be similar from the parking lots to the shore. There were lots of beach toys, buckets for building sand castles, rakes, shovels, beach chairs, a beach ball, a wagon to pull it in and so much more. We can’t wait to book our next vacation at the same home and have already shared with extended family who also look forward to staying there for their next Destin vacation.

This place is truly AMAZING! We have stayed here twice now (for a week each time). The house is very clean, decorated well, very spacious very nice appliances, truly a great place to call home on your vacation. They have just about everything you could ever want for a beach house. Stuff like a lot of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, floaties, beach toys for the kids, its own outdoor shower, massive porch to sit out on and enjoy the palm trees and the amazing breeze off the ocean! On top of all of that its just a short walk to the beach and almost right across the street from the community pool! Host was great, and very responsive to our couple of questions. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family, this is the one!

The house was perfect! We were so close to the beach, maybe a five minute walk, which made it great for our teens and older kids who could come and go as they please. The house was clean and functional. Best thing was the outdoor shower. Love Destin and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time! House was perfect for our large group. Literally just a few minute walk to the beach. Pool was clean and super close to the house. Will definitely look into booking again in the future.

Friends summer trip

We loved our stay at crystal delight! Great location, walkable to the beach and just a short drive to some other popular areas around Destin. The house is super cute, a little outdated but still clean and I felt that it added more to the old Florida beach vibe of our trip anyways! The loft area did take a little while to cool down during the hot summer days but the host was nice enough to leave multiple fans in case we needed them. Would definitely stay here again next summer!

The house was great, was well stocked, and slept 10 of us perfectly! Would definitely stay again! Close to the beach, and the pool is right across the street if you prefer that.Only room for 2-3 cars, but not a huge deal for us.

A wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The location was wonderful. The house had so many beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The pool was kiddy corner from the house and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Upstairs did stay a bit warm, but it wasn't bad. All in all a wonderful beach vacation.

Great location but…….

Just like the other reviews this property was great location wise. You were literally a minutes walk to the beach and the pool was directly across from the home which was perfect when you were done at the beach. The house def needs some work. There were boards sticking up on the deck and the inside of the house needed work as well. The windows were glazed over and it was hard to see the view outside. Def needed to be painted. Not sure if there was a water leak prior to our stay, but the ceiling looked like it had just been patched up. The shower upstairs needed a new shower head bc the water barely came out. The mattresses could use a replacement along with the torn bedsheets. This house worked for what we needed it to work for, but it could def use some tlc.

great house and great host

We loved the house and the location. It was a short walk to the beach and short drive to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our three families with children and no surprises. The host was great in responding to communication and very helpful. I highly recommend this property.
