Hi Chelsie! Thank you for your 5* review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found it convenient and a great location. Not sure where we failed on the cleanliness of the property. If you had let us know we would have been happy to address and problem or issue you found. As far as the pool charge, this is pretty standard as it is veryi costly to heat a pool that size, especially after the colder days. This is just a small way the owners can offset the cost for any of our guest that wish to have the pleasure of a warmer swim. We would love to host you and your family again anytime. Stay in touch and let's make that happen. Have a great summer. Your Breathe Easy Care Team

Wendy thank you for your review of Capt. Jax. We appreciate your feedback on the Palmetto Bugs. The property does get serviced quarterly and we were able to have them service again during your stay. Unfortunately due to the location of the property being right on the canal the little buggers sometime favor the area a little more than usual in the spring. Not sure about the cracked tiles, but we will definitely have one of our team members do a careful assessment upstairs to see what can be done. Overall, we are delighted that you were able to have a great family/friends gathering during your stay. We hope you will come back again soon. Take care and have a safe, fun summer. Your Breathe Easy Team
