Spring break

This property worked really well for our spring break trip! It was clean, it had a nice private patio, Vanny was very responsive when I had questions! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a place close to Disneyland!

Great Location - Clean, Comfortable, and Well Maintained

Great location just a short drive to the park. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The owner was great to work with. My family and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Spot Close to Disneyland!

Very nice little guest house that is super close to the overall Disneyland area. It was super clean and easy to get to, and the check-in process and communication was very easy with no hiccups whatsoever.We found the beds to be a little bit challenging (one too soft, the other too firm) but that's just how it is sometimes. This was my first vrbo actually, and I had a lovely experience! If you're in need of a solid little place in the Anaheim/Garden Grove area, definitely check this out!

Perfect For Us!

Loved staying here. Our kids did not want to leave and call it their 2nd home . This place has everything. What we loved was the cleanliness, marble counter and bathroom sink tops washer and dryer, stainless steel fridge, and cabinets. The flooring is beautiful and it's very private with a private entry and a guest parking space. A TV in every room which was a plus for the kids. In addition, very close to Disneyland. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will be staying here again in the future and already recommending to a few of our relatives who are planning to visit Disneyland. Vannie is a great host and takes pride in making sure that the guest house is clean and ready for every one of her guests. Thank you for making this a safe and easy trip for us!

Privacy in this place is awesome

Privacy is awesome, restaurants and markets are walking distance. Plenty of space for our family. We like to relax and eat at the picnic table. I go back again in LA and OC, I’ll this place first. recommended.

Clean and quite

Upon entering home notice how inviting the outside of the property was. The house was clean, smelled fresh and had comfy feel. Would definitely recommend it and we will go back.

Wonderful stay!

Perf spot for a Disney Trip!

Very cute place!! It is super close to the Disney which was the purpose of the trip.All the guests in my party were very impressed with the cleanliness, thought and detail the hosts put into this rental. 5/5 completely recommend!

Great stay near Disneyland

We had a delightful stay. The house was spotlessly clean and conveniently located near Disney, making our trip a breeze. We were thrilled that we didn’t have to book for three nights.

Fantastic Host & Place

The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to many restaurants and shops. The place is very clean,well maintained and equipped with modern appliances plus off street parking. Our host has be very helpful and prompt with any questions we asked. We highly recommend this place as this has been one of the best places we have stayed at in our travels

Halloween Horror Nights Vacation

Decided to give VRBO a try after being burned by the other rental app. Was surprised at how easy it was to book and Vannie was prompt with sending check in instructions. Property was easy to find and very clean. Definitely will book through VRBO again and will remember this property if we are in the area.

Week Vacay

Second time staying at Vannie’s place. It was pretty clean and amenities helped. The only thing this time were the ants. Luckily, there was a bottle of bug spray. Bed was comfy, extra pillows were a blessing and the hangers were perfect. Vannie also gave us great advice on where to charge up our hybrid.

Great price for our Disney stay

It was just right for us. Close to Disney. Private. Host was helpful. They do have ants that will come get any crumb or speck that is left anywhere, but they also have ant spray and it wasn't really a problem for us but if it is for you, then you probably wouldn't want to stay here. Other than that it is a great price for the accommodations which are just as pictured.

Great place to stay

This was a very nice and welcoming property. Clean and well kept. Excellent communication and ease of check-in. We greatly enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again and recommend to anyone in the area.

convenient location, cute place

This location was great for us. Close to Disneyland and the city. It had a private entrance and parking. It was a very cute location. We did encounter some unwanted guests. Sugar ants! Unfortunately we lost some food (boxes of donuts) that we left in the counter and had to replace our toothbrushes due to waking up and finding these ants everywhere and in every room. It was disappointing….. If there had not been ants all over, the stay would have been perfect.

Clean, but lots of ants

The house was generally clean and organized, but there were a lot of ants in the kitchen, around the washing machine, and in the bathroom. When we opened the washing machine to use it, there were also many ants inside. The ants on the living room floor were killed by using the ant insecticide provided by the hosts. We were also surprised to find that some of the welcome food on the table was already past its expiration date. Other than that, the apartment was well-equipped.

Excellent location for a Disney visit

Vannie was excellent. Any questions were answered in minutes. The location of the house was perfect! There was a Starbucks, a McDonald's, a grocery store, a bakery, a CVS all within walking distance. The house was only 15 minutes to Disneyland or Knott's.

The best stay!

This property is affordable and exceeds all expectations she had everything I needed even dinner was provided by the host and snacks for my kiddos. It feels very private and I never wanted to leave that’s how relaxing it was. I definitely will be coming back it was a favorite!
