This a wonderful cottage in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and only 15 minutes to Disneyland. We loved it for our Disney vacation and hope to be back next year.

Wonderful getaway

This is an amazing place to stay. My husband and friends met to go to Disneylandd. The 2 bedrooms worked out perfectly and the yard was great for our dogs, They enjoyed the trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Disney Stay

Quaint and quiet location, house was very clean owners live next-door and are very responsive. Everything that we needed was there and what wasn’t was we were able to grab quickly due to the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Everything you need and right where you want to be when staying in Orange

This is a great place to stay. Super clean upon check in. The owners are friendly and attentive. It is Very close to historic downtown Orange and in the middle of a very quaint neighborhood. We will definitely stay again.

Cute cottage

Cute little cottage. Beds were super comfy. Shower was hot. You will need to bring your own shower toiletries and coffee. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.

Loved it!

The cottage was perfect because it made the ideal staging area for all the furniture and equipment we needed for my nieces wedding and reception. The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to loan us moving equipment for all the items we had to transport to the venue. Thank you very much!!

Great location - uncomfortable couch

Overall our stay was great. Perfect location for moving our daughter into Chapman University. The couch and chair in the front room are incredibly uncomfortable and nearly impossible to enjoy an evening sitting on. As noted in other reviews, the shower stall is very small and there was a lot of mold.

The location was great, the neighborhood look safe. Close to many attractions

My stay was good, I really enjoyed and my family too but it really bother us that the kitchen windows do not had covers it all, they were wide open. I felt that it was no privacy between the host and us and that it was left on purpose like that. On the pictures of the property the kitchen window it was covered.

Family Visit

I believe that this was the 4th time staying at this property. It is an easy short walk to the Old Town Circle where there is an abundance of eateries, antique stores and other shops. The one and only fault is the shower stall is quite small. I am a large man and it does not give you much room to move. We love everything else with the house, location and the owners.

This little cottage was perfect for our week long stay. The only downfall was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions ahead of time. We had to be on the phone with the Expedia team for about an hour because our host was not responding. After everything got worked out, we had a great time. The drive to Disneyland was super short! Very nice neighborhood.

Disneyland/Beach Family Vacation

This place was accommodating for our family of four! We enjoyed our stay as Disneyland only 15 minutes away and the beach was 20 minutes. The owners were very nice of not having to wait around or be around while we were there and given us privacy, which was important for us. The negative feedback was that the bathroom was not as clean as we expected and the local playground was not inviting for kids to play. There was homeless people in the area and the activities were frightening and the police did not intervene. Overall the trip was great and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a pleasant trip!

Perfect place to stay in Orange. The house was clean with spacious bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was lovely - lots of families and dogs! Location, Location, Location

Perfect location when staying in Orange. This is the second time we have stayed at Daves’s place in Orange. It is a short walk to downtown Orange in a quiet residential neighborhood. We absolutely love the location. It has everything you need. It is also very clean. Dave lives next door and is quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nice appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Could use some updated furniture and a bigger bed in 2nd bedroom. Bathroom was adequate. We did appreciate parking off the street. Owners were very nice.

This Cottage was our first family home. In 2015, we renovated the next door residence and moved in. We have kept the cottage as a guest house and vacation rental.
