Om boendet

Jag hyr ut en del av mitt hus med egen ingång. Det är ett sovrum med en master toalett. Det har höghastighets WiFi, direkt-tv, ett minikylskåp och en mikrovågsugn i rummet. Den har också en liten bäddsoffa och två queen size-sängar. En eldstång och luftkonditionering.

Mitt hus ligger nära Stater Bros, Target, Little Saigon Mall, Christ Cathedral Katolska kyrka, Disneyland, pretatt mycket allt. Om du har några frågor, fråga mig. Mitt kvarter är en privat egendom så vänligen parkera inte tvärs över gatan, bara på mitt sätt eller framför mitt hus. Jag har gott om utrymme.

Perfect location

Just a perfect place to stay. Not far from Disneyland and we went to multiple places from this location. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

A very clean place to stay

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of the Lunar New Year celebration. The place is very clean and close to Little Saigon where our main interest was. The bathroom is very big and comfortable to use. There was a little issue with the hot water the second night but the host, Mai, was very prompt in finding and fixing the issue. We love the owner's responsiveness and hospitality. We would stay again.

This property was wonderful, quiet and beautiful! The room is spacious and well kept. The hostess was very nice and answered any questions I had. Very close to store and even Disney. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Honeymoon stay

Had very nice stay we were there for 8 days . You get one of three guest houses that are on the back of the property, guest house one and two are connected to the main house. Guest three house is not. Wish I would’ve known that prior so I could’ve requested us to have the guest three house Because we were connected to the main house right by the laundry room so we could hear them slamming doors and doing laundry. Other than that super nice place to stay. If you plan on eating at the actual room, they do have a microwave and a hotel size fridge. And a toaster. But you will need to buy paper plates and utensils.

Great place to stay near Disney

If you’re looking for a space to stay near Disney that is convenient and a great value, this is it. 😊 The suites are private, in a garden terrace behind the main house, and secure with gate codes for the garden area as well as the suite. Lovely expansive bathroom with both a large soaking tub as well as beautiful walk in shower. The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the oversized “mini” fridge and microwave. You’ll need to bring plastic utensils and plates, as there’s no kitchenette, but a nice place to heat up leftovers. Thanks!

Disney weekend

The home is in a neighborhood off a main street. It was very quiet and beautifully maintained. The owners love their home and garden as can be observed by the amazing variety of trees and greenery in the yard. The parking is a bit tight and could be difficult- we were in a rental- not by our choosing, it was an unnecessarily large pickup truck- this made parking in the designated space very difficult. I wish we were in our own vehicle- we would have had no problem, or at least something a bit more economical or midsize or smaller. We managed- but it was difficult getting in and out since it is limited space to the right side of the drive way. Owner is very quick to respond and supplied us with extra towels when we asked for them. We would stay here again. We felt safe and very comfortable. Easy drive to access the highway, easy drive to the airport and to Disney. Only extra that we wish we had in the room was a coffee maker- but we survived! Thank you so much for hosting my children and I. We had a lovely time.

Not quite 5 stars, but close!

Host was good about responding to messages and the room was clean and tidy. The neighborhood seemed decent and we didn't feel insecure when getting back from the parks at midnight/1 am. I say not quite 5 stars because there was no place to set anything down other than on the beds or on the couch and a few things were in need of repair (the coffee table was very wobbly and the shower door didn't close all the way). Despite those minor inconveniences, the room was an excellent place to sleep and clean up while on vacation.

Disneyland convenience.

We were so happy to find a clean reasonable priced place to stay after an excruciating 10 hours at Disneyland, over all this place is excellent for an overnight stay. My only complaint and it is very small was there were no spoons or stir sticks to stir your coffee. This may sound like a minor thing but if you obsess about coffee when you wake up it is not minor, although a toothbrush handle did the trick! LOL. If arriving in the dark, the pavement is uneven so walk carefully outside.

Comfortable and Close to Disney, Train, and Plane

Little oasis in the urban jungle. Would return. Pros: We found it to be clean and slept great! Close to Disney, Plane and Train via Uber... our longest run was to Newport Beach. There are some limited grocery, restaurant, personal service businesses within walking distance. Come and go as we please through coded gate and then coded room lock. Cons: No soap for tub, owner was a little loud in the evening - yelling at a cat or something - the unit is attached to primary residence with own entrance, so sound carries a bit. Water boiler available, but no instant coffee or tea.
