Come enjoy our beautifully redecorated and recently remodeled third-floor condo! This home away from home is tastefully decorated for everyone to enjoy the beautiful ambiance the Gulf of Mexico offers. Sit out and enjoy our famous sunsets or sit with a cup of coffee while entranced by a one-of-a-kind sunrise. When you book this charming gem, you will be granted access to the resort's beach and water sports activities, a private beach with access to a beach chair to rent (this is not included), a large outdoor pool, shuffleboard, and open parking.

Southwinds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. The complex itself has had a complete remodel as of 2020. The complex is across the street from the Gulf with amazing views and a public access point making it a very short walk. The location of this beautiful complex is amazing! Located on the quiet west end it is only two miles away from Pier Park, which offers restaurants, shopping, amusement park, movie theater, and more! It's right next to an outdoor amphitheater that offers free concerts on Thursday nights and down the road is Frank Brown Park. Come get away from all your cares and join us at Southwinds H12!

During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
