Location

Location, location, location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Would stay here again.

Good location, needs some updating

The building was nice. Across from Sharkeys and easy beach access across the road. Condo has old carpet which was stained. Sliding door to balcony was super hard to open. Old showers and poor shower heads. The condo got the job done but could use some updating.

Spacious and Relaxing

Stayed in this unit during the Spring Bike Rally. Great location and easy accessibility. The unit is very spacious, clean, and is just steps from the elevator. It was quiet and although the views were not gulf/beach...there were nice side views of the gulf and the living room/bedroom balconies looked out over the bay..... very peaceful! The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit,which gives you alot of privacy. The kitchen is huge! Everything was correctly represented and booking was a breeze...great prompt service! Covered parking was a plus since we had our Harleys. Origin is right across the street from Sharkeys and of course there is beach access if you don't want to use the great pool and spa located on the fourth floor. Very close to Pier Park. Feels like home away from home.!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled with a party of 5- 3 kids and 2 adults. Plenty of space to chill and relax. Enjoyed the big kitchen. Bring your specific utensils from home if you can. (Pizza cutter, peeler, etc) Elevator wait can be long on peak days. Whether you are going up or down, just jump on if you find space. Bring lots of laundry detergent. It’s so convenient to do a load daily. Bring hand soap, that is one recommendation I am making ti Blue Swell- hand soap please. We would book this condo again.

Extra large unit. Views...MEH

We went during Thanksgiving so there were no spring breakers. Parking spots are tight. If you have an extra tall vehicle you won't be able to park in the deck. The pool is nice but not very large for the building and there are units with balconies on the pool level, which is strange to me. The hallways leading to the unit are pretty beat up. Unit is carpeted starting at entry. All rooms are extra large, except living/dining space is average. The kitchen is not well stocked b/c I think people don't live here so, do go thinking you'll prepare a big meal. TV is very small (we were there during a big football game). There aren't a lot of extra blankets or pillows. Pillows on beds are very very thick. This unit is on the backside of the building. You can see Target and houses..etc. I tried to give pro and cons but it was a very good place to stay.

Nice place to stay! We had a few issues…one was not being notified about the water outage on Monday and washing machine did not fill up with water on a large load.

Thrill seeker

We had a bit of a rough start when we arrived as we didn’t have a parking pass right away, and the host suggested we call customer service for it. When we finally received it the next day, it was labeled for 2024, which seemed odd.The parking garage was also hard to maneuver, making parking a bit of a challenge.The cookware in the unit was disappointing – very worn down and felt cheap, which didn’t meet our expectations.Being on the 17th floor was definitely a mixed experience. The elevator struggled to come up that high, and it was a bit scary being so high up. It wasn’t advertised that the unit was on such a high floor, so that was a surprise.On a positive note, the layout of the space was really nice, and the rooms themselves were comfortable.

Great views, Easy Beach Access

We loved the condo! It had great views, huge bedrooms. They had two beach chairs in the unit, which was nice. Could use some updated pans in the kitchen and the carpet had some stains on it, but overall this condo was amazing!

Such a great location and everyone there was so friendly room was so clean and we just walked straight from the property to the beach and every restaurant we wanted to go to was walking distance. What a great time.

If you’re into having them top floor like me, you would love this spacious, private, and peaceful condo. The kitchen is huge so if you’re cooking for the week this is the perfect place for you is comfortable and the whole room is clean., Everything you need will be waiting on you once you check-in including parking pass , wristband, and any information you need with the condo and everything around it . First Time in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was okay...very windy and a bit chilly. Not much you can do about that. It was spring break, not much you can do about that either. The pool was warm at the beginning and then the heat apparently got turned off. There are not enough elevators, so be prepared to wait. I watch staff get very annoyed at people in the hot tub by telling them their bottle of water in the hot tub would justify a $100 fine. Pool needs some work. Our unit was nice, a bit abused. TV's need to be much larger. Pans were quite old and hard to use. Refrigerator died, but they did bring a replacement up. Small hot water heater.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, good amenities, strict but convenient rental process, property has few minor issues, customer service was security for after hours, Realty company very strict with issues and policies, especially checking out, no concern for any problems even being in hospital with son and couldn’t pack up in time. Only cared about business money aspects of rental.
