To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Mi Casa is located in Southwind on the west end of Panama City Beach. This condo is located on the second floor of the two story project. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's newly renovated and is directly across the street from beach access 72. Enjoy Gulf Views from the front porch! The living area boasts high ceilings, comfortable furniture and a nice size television. The kitchen is open to the living room. The master bedroom is on the main level with access to a full bathroom and laundry. Upstairs there is a second room with two full bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the community swimming pool and a very short walk to the beach!

The location and apartment was great. Our only complaint is the pool was closed or being worked on so we could not enjoy the pool for the duration of the stay and we should have been notified of this. we picked it for pool and beach

Check in was simple. The property was nice. Proximity to the beach and the view was an added bonus. Most amenities were nearby. Overall a great experience.

Great Getaway

Check in was easy and everything was just as advertised! Just a short walk from the Beach and parking right in front of condo. I will stay here again!!

Great Location

The location was fabulous. Check-in was easy. Office staff was friendly. The unit wasn’t clean. Some of the furnishings are shabby and dirty. There weren’t any blankets for the beds. The king bed was extremely firm. I purchased blankets & pillows as the pillows there smelled dirty. The condition of the unit was a disappointment. I emailed the property management and they have not responded to me.

Family vacation

The location of the property was perfect. Short walk to the beach. The property was very clean. The property manager was easy to work with, and will definitely work with them in the future. Can’t wait to come back.

This place needs a deep cleaning and organization

Upon arrival, we found an empty water bottle laying on the floor no big deal. Well after eeveryone started putting their stuff away is when we found this place was not clean at all. There was pubic hair all over the toilet and other things splattered. Dishwasher had all dirty dishes not ran at all in them. The entire kitchen needs to be re-organized. Its gross. Everything is just thrown in the drawers. Rusted knifes. All the coffee cups on the counter were dirty. Fridge was really dirty. No one swept most likely didnt run a vacuum or mop. There was orthodontic rubber bands laying upstairs in the loft. used bandaid on floor. I called the office and emailed. Someone came with in 20 minutes to do basically a wipe down and clean up. But no one followed up with us the following day. This place also just recently sold we found out once we got there. I would not recommend staying here. I have stayed at many condos and you walk in smells clean and you shouldnt have to worry about a dirty condo this was just disgusting. We didnt use any dishes all week the kitchen was so gross. We went and bought throw away utensils and plates. Whats the point of a cleaning fee if you are not properly cleaning. They should be refunding that back becuase the cleaning was NEVER done.

Perfect for Families

The property is very clean and has every amenity you could want. The walk to the beach is easy and short. The pool area was clean and the chairs were new and comfortable. The maid forgot to leave our parking pass and the office staff delivered it to us! What wonderful customer service. The complex is quiet. It is perfect for a family getaway.

Good location

If you want to be close to everything, but out of the way, this is a great place. Crosswalk to beach access directly from parking lot. Close to Pier Park. Grocery store and CVS very close. Water pressure for shower was awesome 😆, I hate staying somewhere with crappy water pressure. I watched a car get towed out of the lot, so make sure your parking pass is displayed appropriately or they're gonna snag your car! Pool is small and was crowded. There's nothing fancy about this place, but a good stay for a family or small party.
