This location is ideal for individuals and families visiting Asheville for work or play. Owners live in renovated attached garage, completely separate entrances and privacy is respected : )

House on the Hill

Cozy but spacious home with beautiful wood floors and comfy furnishings, well stocked kitchen and close to Biltmore Village area and other great eats, etc. They even had a huge garden with lots of veggies made available to us... delish!

Wonderful place to stay in Asheville

We had a great stay at Tom & Anne's lovely house - it was perfect for us - clean, comfortable, well supplied, plenty of room for us, and they even had a welcome basket for us with some goodies! Very conveniently located close to downtown, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Having Tom and Anne close by was helpful, with their advice and suggestions, and friendly nature. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Asheville!

Great attention to detail

Anne and Tom have put a lot of time and effort into their home to make it attractive and unique. They are friendly and very helpful with any issues associated with the property. I would recommend their home to anyone who wants a nice stay in Asheville!

Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay. The artwork displayed in the home was appreciated by everyone in our group. The home was very clean and found just as depicted in pictures. Would definitely stay here again! Great experience!

Thanksgiving Trip

Everything was perfect! The house was spotless and fully equipped for our 4-day vacation to Asheville. Central location was great if you want to go to downtown or the Biltmore

Beatiful House, Fantastic Location, Great Owners

The house was actually better than any of us expected from the listing. It was spacious, very well decorated and conveniently located near downtown Asheville. The owners were unbelievably responsive to any requests or questions that we had. Before leaving, my wife told me that this is where we will be staying for any future visits to Asheville.

Wedding Stay

The host was absolutely wonderful. She checked in with all of the necessary information, providing information for our guests that would make their stay even better. The location was perfect because our wedding was held at the Biltmore and guests could go back and forth easily. Everything that they needed was there at the home. I highly recommend this to guests visiting Asheville!

Hidden Gem

We had an amazing stay here. Our hosts were wonderful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants on our first night and were very accommodating. This is 5 minutes(if that) from downtown so it was a great location. It was clean and provided everything we could possibly want! If we get the chance we will definitely be back!
