This is a fantastic rental—10/10 would recommend. The place was clean, the kitchen has really nice cookware and knives, and the host left extra touches like robes, slippers, and snacks. The layout of the apt is actually much roomier than the pictures look, and the outdoor space is lovely and comfortable. West Asheville is cute and the rental is within walking distance of the main drag and a cutie little coffee shop (Rabbit Hole) and breakfast spot. This is seriously such a lovely rental, and we will absolutely be staying here again.

The house is perfect and just like pictured besides both patios. The patio furniture was pretty dirty, I would suggest covering the furniture when the house isn't rented it would help preserve the cushions. Otherwise, the house was beautiful. Its also in a great location, less than 15 minutes to almost everywhere. We would rent again.

There were a few plumbing issues in the kitchen sink, leaked, no hot water until my brother turned it on, the dishwasher was difficult to turn on had to maneuver the plug. The Upstairs TV wasn't able to turn on; the house and location were great just need some repair work done with the plumbing.
