Detta är inte en ny semesteruthyrning utan istället är det ett nytt företag för ledning av semesteruthyrning som har tagit över det. Det tidigare ledningsföretagets ägare har gått i pension efter många års framgång på Lucerne Chalet. Vi är mycket glada över att ha ett av Asheville främsta fritidshus i vår portfölj!

Lucerne Chalet är en av våra mer rymliga chaletter i centrala Asheville. Den har två sovrum, ett och ett halvt badrum och är bekvämt beläget bara FEM minuter till eklektiskt och groovy centrum av Asheville, South Slope, River Arts District, Blue Ridge Parkway, New Belgium Brewery, Biltmore Estate och mycket mer.

Ligger i trädtopparna kan du titta på bergen från den gated veranda och promenera genom det lugna området med din hund. Mysig upp till gasspisen i vardagsrummet.

Asheville for three night concert series

Very close to downtown with many dining options close by, but a feel of being in the mountains. Quiet setting and very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place & Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! It is located on a mountain around other chalets, and it feels woodsy, yet, everything in Asheville is minutes away. I was involved in a conference at the downtown Embassy Suites and was there every morning in 10 minutes or less. Likewise the party places around Asheville were all minutes away. The house is well-equipped and the manager was readily accessible. Great place!

Nice chalet

A little glitch with the entry code… didn’t receive any notice of how to avoid getting locked out if you didn’t set the keypad yk unlock. Other than that our stay was just fine. Nice chalet with nice views of the sunrise coming over the mountains in the morning. Good job!

Beautiful view

Just really hard to get to at night, no lights and it was really precarious. Only draw back. Property and house were great and property manager was very helpful when I was in distress.

Convenient location and comfortable

Overall a good and comfortable place that was close to Asheville and some hikes. The steep and narrow drives are definitely a challenge.

Gorgeous Views

Beautiful property and super convenient to downtown. Definitely recommend bringing a smaller vehicle or being very comfortable with driving through narrow, windy roads. But would 10/10 recommend this stay.

Great house and location

This house was cozy and comfortable. Great for our family of four. Convenient to downtown. Though if you have a big truck, bike rack and 4 bikes the driveway/neighborhood is a little difficult to navigate (doable but difficult). :)

Hidden Gem

Lucerne Chalet was a perfect place for our Asheville visit. It is nicely appointed and was spotless. It is centrally located providing easy access to all of AVL! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful mountain retreat

This is a wonderful place to stay. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this one is very well-thought out and mindful. If I had a need (a certain kind of pot, an extra towel, a blanket...) I just had to look around to find it. You can tell the owners care about their guests. We enjoyed our stay so much and we're grateful for all the care that went into the place.

Fantastic find!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway to Asheville. We loved that it was so close to town yet felt like you were up in the mountains. It was easy to get to downtown and also wasn’t far to get on the parkway and hike. The description of the house and how to get to it was accurate. It had everything we needed and we will come back again.

Close to mountains and downtown

Cozy clean and comfortable place. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the porch and the proximity to everything. The Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Getaway

Very nice small community of cottages. Very convenient to all the Asheville areas that you will want ti visit. Plenty of food shopping, restaurants, etc. very close by. We cooked meals at our place here and was plenty adequate. Would recommend staying here!

Bob and Lynn are from the Blue Grass state of Kentucky. They have visited Asheville for over thirty years. They fell in love with Asheville upon their very first visit.

They always stayed at the same home - Lucerne Chalet. So, when the owner decided to retire and sell the home Bob and Lynn rushed to purchase it.

We at WNC Realty & Rentals were very fortunate to be asked to manage this home as well as the Matterhorn Chalet (also listed here on Vrbo) for them.

Varför värden valde detta boende

After many years of owning various homes at the coast, Bob and Lynn jumped at the chance to purchase their dream homes - Lucerne and Matterhorn Chalets. They visit Asheville four or five times a year and they say they are sad to have to leave.
