Det tidigare ledningsföretagets Àgare har gÄtt i pension efter mÄnga Ärs framgÄng pÄ Lucerne Chalet. Vi Àr mycket glada över att ha ett av Asheville frÀmsta fritidshus i vÄr portfölj!

Lucerne Chalet Àr en av vÄra mer rymliga chaletter i centrala Asheville. Den har tvÄ sovrum, ett och ett halvt badrum och Àr bekvÀmt belÀget bara FEM minuter till eklektiskt och groovy centrum av Asheville, South Slope, River Arts District, Blue Ridge Parkway, New Belgium Brewery, Biltmore Estate och mycket mer.

Ligger i trÀdtopparna kan du titta pÄ bergen frÄn den gated veranda och promenera genom det lugna omrÄdet med din hund. Mysig upp till gasspisen i vardagsrummet.

Nice property for a long weekend. Very well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a little difficulty finding it the first time. Try to arrive in the daylight!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at our stay in Asheville. So convenient to downtown, Uber drivers super helpful and quick to get us where we needed to go. The facilities are wonderful. The home is spread out with ease of access to everything in the kitchen and anything we could’ve needed was there for us. So beautiful and peaceful in the evenings and mornings, gorgeous scenery!! The hosts Darlene and Ron are super amazing people and so responsive. And of course, downtown Asheville never disappoints with amazing shopping and food. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and loved the unit and location. Very convenient to downtown and to the interstates. Very nice tree top setting. Once we navigated the winding roads, it was a non-issue.

The chalet was in a great location for getting around Asheville! The road is a bit tricky the first time getting to the chalet, but once you know which turns to make, a piece of cake! Sitting out on the porch at night and in the morning was very relaxing and a great way to start and end the day!

Asheville for three night concert series

Very close to downtown with many dining options close by, but a feel of being in the mountains. Quiet setting and very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place & Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! It is located on a mountain around other chalets, and it feels woodsy, yet, everything in Asheville is minutes away. I was involved in a conference at the downtown Embassy Suites and was there every morning in 10 minutes or less. Likewise the party places around Asheville were all minutes away. The house is well-equipped and the manager was readily accessible. Great place!

Convenient location and comfortable

Overall a good and comfortable place that was close to Asheville and some hikes. The steep and narrow drives are definitely a challenge.

A little glitch with the entry code
 didn’t receive any notice of how to avoid getting locked out if you didn’t set the keypad yk unlock. Other than that our stay was just fine. Nice chalet with nice views of the sunrise coming over the mountains in the morning. Good job!

Hidden Gem

Lucerne Chalet was a perfect place for our Asheville visit. It is nicely appointed and was spotless. It is centrally located providing easy access to all of AVL! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again!

Bob and Lynn are from the Blue Grass state of Kentucky. They have visited Asheville for over thirty years. They fell in love with Asheville upon their very first visit.

They always stayed at the same home - Lucerne Chalet. So, when the owner decided to retire and sell the home Bob and Lynn rushed to purchase it.

We at WNC Realty & Rentals were very fortunate to be asked to manage this home as well as the Matterhorn Chalet (also listed here on Vrbo) for them.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

After many years of owning various homes at the coast, Bob and Lynn jumped at the chance to purchase their dream homes - Lucerne and Matterhorn Chalets. They visit Asheville four or five times a year and they say they are sad to have to leave.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location, location, location.... Lucerne feels like you're safely tucked away in the mountains but you're only a few minutes from everything that downtown Asheville has to offer. The best of both worlds!
