Outdoors- Brand new back deck with mountain views, large back yard; off-street parking for 2-3 cars.

Please Note: This home is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee. Pets should be house-trained, bathed before arrival, and up-to-date on their flea and tick treatment. Pet owners should pick up their dog's waste and dispose of it properly prior to departure. This home is a monthly, furnished rental with a 30-night minimum requirement. Included in the monthly rent is a $400 monthly utility allowance for power and a $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. Trash and recycling service included.
