Wonderful property! The location was amazing. It was close to the beach and restaurants but far enough away that it was also relaxing and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Family walks to beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was as listed & had all the things we needed for a fun week in Deerfield beach. It is in a great location for quick walks to the beach or to stroll the beautiful boardwalk. We also loved that the pool was heated for our winter stay! And we had all the amenities we needed to cook meals there, including the grill in the common area. Deidra was always quick to respond if we had a question about something. We’ve stayed in Deerfield beach a few times & this location was a little farther from ice cream & restaurants/shops if you like to walk, but that also means it’s a little quieter too. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a great place close to the beach!

This condo is absolutely perfect! The parking spot is directly behind the condo and accessible through the kitchen. The bed linens are good quality and the ductless AC blast cold air !

Amazing location, responsive host

We stayed with our 4 kids ages 6-12. The location was one block back from the beach, a 2 min walk. The unit was clean, stocked and comfortable. Quiet, family friendly area. We enjoyed swimming in the nearby beach, and walking 15 minutes along the ocean front boardwalk to the larger Deerfield Beach. We also easily walked to nearby shopping and dinner by the fishing pier. The pool was warm and the tiki hut was a nice area to have a BBQ. Deidra was an excellent and responsive hostess. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful 4th of July stay

We booked a last minute staycation for the 4th of July. We wanted to be on or near the beach, and fortunately we found this little gem! My first impression started before we even arrived, we experienced excellent and fast communication with the property manager Diedra. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the location, as it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach, the pool was clean, and the property well manicured. Entering the unit (#7) was followed by a smile. Cool, bright, spacious and clean clean clean! We were told it was newly renovated, but wow! We felt like we were the first to stay since the renovation. The AC was cool and stayed cool the whole time (warning, be cautious adjusting the air, if you hit the wrong button it can be a bit confusing to get it back to the correct settings). Fridge was cold, water ran hot, plenty of dishes and utensils provided (even took advantage of the blender to make some pina coladas). The beds were firm but cozy, I think maybe they were memory foam. The pullout couch was a good size, and to our surprise, they provided a 2 inch foam topper to make it much more comfortable. Definitely take advantage of that if you use the pull out. (The foam topper was in the closet) As expected on a holiday weekend, there were lots of other guests at the property, everyone was friendly and they were not too loud. You will hear some noise, but it is easily ignored. We spent some time in the pool, which was small (but perfect size.for the property) temperature was great and the the pool service company came while we were there and did their thing, so you know it's taken care of properly. Overall an easy 5 star visit, we certainly will be back for our next staycation. Diedra, you keep up the great work, your communication was a big part of our perfect stay!
