Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach! Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ. Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stainless steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom

Living room has 52 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and one queen bed in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!

We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrella and beach/pool towels. Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans

The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo

Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton

Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Awesome beach rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The best part was the location, it was a very short walk to the beach. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. We really look forward to renting this unit again soon!

Condo was as advertised. Comfortable for two people and clean. Very short walk to the beach. Convenient location to Boca Raton, Florida Atlantic University and Publix. Good value.

Disappointing

We hate to read bad reviews and hate even more to give one. Suffice it to say, it was not very clean and if it was newly renovated, I can't imagine what it looked like before. But our main complaint is the small size, particularly the bedroom. Won't be returning.

Charming Stay with Thoughtful Touches: A Perfect Deerfield Beach Getaway

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The property was not only beautifully maintained but also thoughtfully stocked with everything one could need for a perfect vacation. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure their guests' comfort, providing amenities like a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels, making beach trips a breeze. The personal touches throughout the rental, such as the adorable decorations on the paper towel holder, tissue box, and toilet paper, added a warm and welcoming feel to the space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Deerfield Beach. We will definitely be back!

One month vacation stay

Enjoyed our stay and our fellow travelers at the place. It gave us a sense of community. The unit itself was small as advertised. It could use some sprucing up, paint job, replace broken blinds, new couch and love seat and i could have done away with the rug since there was not a vacuum cleaner to keep it clean. Kevin was attentive and i thank him for being an active manager at this place.

Great Location & Very Fun Place to Stay

I think host has done a great job renovating. Block off the beach, the pool was perfect temperature, and was impressed with little details. Perfect for romantic getaway with my husband for his birthday. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Small complaints I read in reviews are silly. Kitchen plenty stocked with appropriate things plus extras, plenty of towels and soaps. Host has clearly thought of the little things you may need to relax and enjoy your time off. Thank you for giving my husband and I some nice memories for his birthday!

Not a one bedroom, an efficiency apartment

Location is close to beach. Very clean. No door on tiny bedroom. My husband likes to watch tv till 11 or 12 pm. I prefer to go to bed at 10. With no door on bedroom and cut out through wall on top it was hard for me to sleep with tv on. I think this may have been a motel room at one time and was converted into efficiency apartment. Whole space about 500 sq. ft.

Nice Getaway

Nice condo/apartment. Had the first level which we liked. Parking was tricky, but once figured out the markings, no problem. The pool area was very nice, new furniture. We didn't do any Cooking, did all meals out our by the delivery dudes. The kitchen area is small, but efficient. Plenty of towels, etc. Had a little confusion on the tv remotes, but got that taken care of right away. Didn't spend much time watching it, but it worked. The people were all very friendly, with most being on vacation, with a few permanent residents. Nice to chat with. Laundry was available and free, just bring your own laundry supplies. The beach is just across the street, nice to walk, didn't make it down to the pier, but certainly could have. It was very hot and windy and rainy ( expected in July) so did not go in the water, but enjoyed watching the surfers. Not a lot near there, so used the car alot more than expected. The price was right. It is across the street from a large hotel and surrounded by condos.

poor check-in process and no follow up with issues

Prior to arrival was messaged on VRBO that the property manager would meet me at the property at 4:00 on my arrival date. Was also told that access and check-in instructions would be posted on VRBO. Instructions were never posted. After waiting awhile at the complex for property manager to show, I called and was given check-in info over the phone followed up with a text. I reported that the living rooms blinds were broken (the tilt function was not working) via text on 3/26. Did not get any response. On 3/30 I sent another message on VRBO about the blinds and also reported that one of the shower sliding doors was missing. Again, no response from anyone. I cannot recommend this place other than say the location is very good. .

Very disappointing

We were very disappointed in our stay, as the online listing did not match with the actual property. We were expecting a balcony, as listed on the description and we’re located on the first floor with no privacy whatsoever. It was a nice location, a block from the beach, but to be able to stay there and cook and eat was very difficult There were not enough amenities as far as kitchen items, and the size of the space was uncomfortably small and cramped. Some of the amenities listed were not actually at the property. Again the location was nice. The unit should’ve been better cleaned and stocked with basic kitchen items, such as baking sheets, usable, knives, and other useful items and items that were listed should have been there , especially the balcony and if items were not available they should not have been noted on our property listing. Also, we had many different contact people, so it was very challenging to get answers for issues we had as we were directed to different people. There was so much confusion that someone actually tried to enter our unit the night before we were leaving.

Great Stay

The property looked exactly like it did online! It was overall very clean, and the bed was comfy. You’re super close to the beach which was great, it took about 3 min to get from the door to the beach. There was Netflix/Hulu on the tv which was nice to enjoy at night. The only complaint I had is the shower only had one door which made it really difficult to not get water everywhere. It was the perfect size for 2 people and I would recommend it!
