Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 2 bedroom has everything you need for a wonderful San Diego vacation. Located just two blocks from the beach and a few blocks to all the awesome restaurants and shops Ocean Beach has to offer!

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, speedy wifi, flatscreen smart TV, patio, washer/dryer, and parking for one small car. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room has a large, cozy couch great for plopping after a long day in the sun!

Dogs are allowed for $100 per stay (2 max). Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog.

This ground floor unit, in a 4-unit complex.

Please note: This unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans in the unit.

For larger groups, we have 3 units at this property that can be rented individually. Please inquire for more information!

PARKING: There is one parking space that can fit a compact size car. If bringing a larger vehicle, it will likely not fit in the parking space and will need to be parked on the street (there is free street parking).

Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am as to not disturb neighboring units on the property.

Online pictures made the place look nicer than it was.Furniture was dirty and falling apart! Supplies were limited and really not enough to get you started. The bathroom was full of mold. Baseboards needed repair. Overall maintenance has been not been done in awhile!!Some linens looked like they were from the cleaning supplies!! Very disappointed! T

Ocean beach

We stayed on Brighton st. Because it was close to my daughter’s place. We ate out all our meals. My son walked to Bella’s every morning for coffee. We went to sunset cliffs. We also went to Catalina Island over night. Catalina is a beautiful Island. There were many restaurants in the area. We went in October for my daughter’s bday. Next time we will go in summer for the beaches.

Great location and very functional.

We stay in OB at least once a year and always enjoy the dog friendly vibe! This rental is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach walk. The rental layout is very functional and met all our needs. Would stay there again.

Great condo in heart of OB

We loved this condo for its furnishings, comfort and location. We would have loved it a little more if it weren't in the flight path out of SDIA, but we quickly realized there is literally nowhere on the beach that isn't in the flight path. It doesn't come with AC, but with fans and open windows we were able to stay comfortable for the most part. It's very dog friendly, with the dog beach a short walk away. The beach is right down at the end of the road - great location. Parking in the back is treacherous and tiny, but there is plenty of street parking. Restaurants are within walking distance (we highly recommend 3rd Corner Wine Bistro).

We had so much fun!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to shopping and beach. Only complaints are the airplanes going overhead (which stopped at night) and dog pee smell while walking around. Loved that there were camp chairs and beach towels to use and coffee provided. The communication was great, they even gave us some recommendations on places to see.

Very nice. Very cute. Perfect location. I appreciate this property being tucked away so the pup didn’t bark at people walking by. Bed was comfy and it was great!

I'll be back, again!

Perfect OB getaway. Fantastic location near the beach, short walk to Newport Ave or dog beach. Nice accommodations with pretty much everything you need for a beach vacation. Managers proactive and responsive. Really nice to have a reserved parking spot in this area.

Good Location….

This was my first time staying in this unit. Good location. I was able to walk into town easily and had some yoga studios I visited that were close. Pretty good place to stay especially for the price.

Not great

For starters, if you’re young and partying and used to loud environments, this might not be a bad place for you if you’re someone here on a golf vacation and a beach vacation it’s very loud there’s no air conditioning so the windows have to stay open for you to be cool enough to live in this house Airplanes going by nonstop until late in the morning and then early in the morning they start up so no sleeping the beds were nice. The rooms were nice. The house was nice my one problem with the stay other than the no air conditioning and have to leave the windows open and all the loud air traffic , is the dumpster sit right outside the door of the first floor apartment that they rented me flies were everywhere all trip long which made it kind of disgusting so not for me but nice host and great people

Perfect location for a family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect beach rental. It was so close to the beach and had everything we needed. We really appreciated use of the laundry machines and boogie boards for our kiddos. Proximity to the local restaurants was also so appreciated. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Cozy Rental for Girls Trip

Overall, the condo was nice and accommodated our needs. The beds were comfortable and the was tastefully decorated. Location was fantastic with a quick walk to the beach. Could have been a bit cleaner, but was not too bad for a beach condo. Would recommend for a beach trip!

SD Trip

Great little place for a family of four or less. Convenient location to everything in SD and close to the airport. Inside was nicely kept up, clean and had all the basics for making it worthwhile vs a hotel. Outside parking was just enough for our 4door Toy Camry rental which was really nice. Unless you park early, street parking will be a challenge. The only downer was the wifi. Seemed to lapse or cut every 30-45 min for a few min at a time.

Girls trip!

We enjoyed Ocean Beach. The location was perfect and no need to rent a car, we walked everywhere. The property was clean. However, we received notice that we would not be getting the unit we rented since there was a leak, however a family is living in the unit we originally rented. That had us extremely suspicious and feel like there was some dishonesty. The maintenance man had to enter our property when we were gone and left trash in the sink. The next day there was construction on the property the entire day, it would not have been a good situation if we had small ones who needed naps. Lastly the walls/floors are paper thin. We could hear word for word the conversation of the family below us and even the snoring of the neighbor. The location is what really sells this property.

Perfect location and great vibe

Loved the place and the location is great. Its definitely a mixed neighborhood but we never felt unsafe- in fact, all of our encounters with others were nothing but friendly and laid back. My only nit pick about the property was the heat situation. There is only one heater in the main room- Its a wall unit that doesn't have a fan in it so it doesn't really distribute the heat throughout the room very well. We used one of the fans to distribute the heat to the room. The bedrooms were a bit cold but it was February when we stayed there. Otherwise- great place, great neighborhood, excellent beach access and great value.

3 night family summer getaway

My family spent 3 nights at this lovely rental the location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, açaí bowls, fish tacos and margaritas. It was wonderful having a dedicated parking spot, and the laundry was easy to use as well, just around the corner from the unit. We had some issues with ghe ceiling fans/lights, as the unit above had the same fans/lights and also the same remote configuration, so my kids spent some time battling the upstairs unit at night to turn off lights while the night owls upstairs were wanting lights on at 2 AM. This is not the owners fault, and I let them know to change the remote configuration. They were very responsive and hopefully the issue was resolved when we left. The unit appears to be a new rental, so a few more sets of cutlery would be helpful, but it didn’t prevent us from having a great time on the beach and Legoland. Overall a great neighborhood and rental.

Great location and comfy place for the family!!

A wonderful location! My family and I walked to the beach one day and spent half the day there. We walked back to the rental got dressed and walked (my kids rode their scooters) to dinner and the pier. My husband walked a short ways to grab us lattes every morning. The next day we went to sea world which is less than 15 mins from the rental. The last day we headed to mission beach which is a short drive from the rental. It is cozy and well decorated! The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the appliances are all new and great quality. The couch and bedding is comfortable and the furniture is all new. There is a blow up mattress and 4 beach chairs in the closet. It was nice bringing the chairs to the beach with us. The property managers are the best! Super quick to respond and so kind! They had brought us extra blankets and when we requested a later check out they called me instead of messaging me on the app to tell me it would not be a problem. The only thing that isn’t convenient is the assigned parking spot. It is for compact cars only. Larger vehicles can park in front of the property along the road but if you get there at night, it is difficult. There is parking lot at the beach nearby as well. I’m not sure if it’s allowed. We brought a large dodge mega cab and parked it in front of the property in the early morning and then rented a compact car through turo and that worked out perfectly! All said and done, I would definitely rent this again and definitely rent other properties from this property managers! Thank you!
