Darling tillflyktsort. Bara några steg från allt du behöver för en strand reträtt. Nära till vatten, shopping och restauranger från casual till fina. Denna stuga har välvda tak och inte bara ser rymliga men egentligen är.

Härligt inredda för att inspirera solen och surfa kul. Kök redo för läckra måltider, liten delade däck för lugn kaffe morgnar. Allt du förväntar dig från en hotellvistelse i ett pittoreskt område en kort promenad från solnedgångar. Strand redskap, spel, smarta tv. Nära till motorvägar och lokala attraktioner.

Detta ett sovrum ligger inbäddat i hjärtat av Ocean Beach. Denna enhet är en av de fyra i komplexet. De övriga enheterna är ockuperat av året hyresgäster som har kommit att uppskatta och njuta av den ganska gemenskap de har skapat.

Ocean Beach är en härlig strand community där semesterfirare har kommit till i år. Parkera bilen och gå till allt du behöver. Newport Avenue är vår main dra och har bra restauranger, händer barer och utmärkta antiquing möjligheter.

Ta en promenad på vår brygga eller en promenad ner Sunset Cliffs.

Great property and owner. So close to everything you want in a getaway to OB. Our dog loved minute of his stay near dog beach. Katrina is an awesome host. She happened to be at the property when we got there and even helped us bring our bags in. Thank you, Katrina

perfect beach getaway

Katrina was wonderful and made the check-in and check-out process very easy with her clear communication and thorough instructions. Not only is the place adorable, but it's walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful getaway!

A darling little getaway, close to the beach and our favorite coffee shop. It had all the amenities we needed in a walkable, casual neighborhood!

Loved it!

Close to the beach; like 5-6 min walk! Katrina was so nice, and the property was safe, quiet and relaxing! We had a great time and would rent again! If you’re not sure where to stay…stay here!

This was about as welcoming and “homey” place as one could wish for. The distance to the beach was about 1/2 block. We will be returning often.

Charming Beach Cottage

Cutest place on the block! Very colorful (outside and inside) with nice gardens and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. A bonus is having a garage as parking on the street is difficult. Close to everything - beach, restaurants and convenience stores.

Great stay

Our stay was just perfect for my 2 sisters and I who were visiting for a family reunion. The only snag was we arrived after dark and the cleaning lady put the deadbolt on the front door so we couldn’t get in. Katrina was very prompt in replying and letting us know how to get into the place. Once we were in, we loved it. The place was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend one of Katrina’s places. She was a wonderful host!

Would go again

It is super loud from flight traffic, to the point you can’t hear each other or tv. But just from early morning once a minute til early afternoon. Then it slows down. Otherwise peaceful. Even then, not like we had all that much to say. Lol. On the beach the airline traffic was as often but not as noticeable. So just go for a walk. Good location. Responsive owner.

Very Comfortable with Quality and Clean

We had a wonderful stay with Katrina very responsive with booking and information requests. Felt like we were working with a real person, not an agency. She has decked out this unit with everything you might possibly want, and matched my taste, (imagine that) down to the dishes from Anthropology. Plush linens, cozy blankets, plenty of pillows abound and the unit is VERY CLEAN. This is not your run down beach cabin. We felt pampered. Look for grill in garage, and yes, if you have an option when renting car, get smallest model possible. My husband and I stayed and we entertained our friends that wanted to stay in a hotel the Gas Lamp District. It was perfect to come back from our outings and have snacks and glass of wine before heading out again. Our friends were jealous. ** Note: nothing she can do about this, but be prepared for airplane take off as this part of town is on the flight path. We got use to it. We also found great eatery on beach, near Newport Ave called Shades. Delicious and good value.

Lovely little place

I really liked this place. It was pretty, very close to everything I wanted to see and do (beach is a block and a half away, stores and restaurants all short walks), it had parking, and it felt cozy and secure. My only tiny issues were that the instructions for the home are extremely detailed, which felt a little stressful, and the fee for a dog was more than I wanted to pay. There was a mandatory insurance fee, which I paid, and on top of that a significant fee, which I missed when booking because I assumed the insurance covered my responsibility (it popped up so you could not ignore it). By the time I was done I had paid more than I wanted to orginally pay for three week nights. In retrospect, it's not too far above market price for the home. It was walking distance to everything, it was very cute, and it was very clean. The AC does not reach well into the bedroom, I had to put it on very low at night to be cool enough. Having said that, I think the fee for weeknights is not reflective of what you will need to pay overall, so just keep that in mind. I would stay here again despite the issues that I mentioned.

Property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Walked everywhere even to 8am Mass at Sacred Heart on Sunday. Had all the beach things for our use, even a backpack cooler.

This is a fantastic location. It's a block from the beach. We had what we needed to enjoy time at the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas). The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was as described, and we didn't have any difficulty accessing what we needed. My only complaint was that it was unseasonably warm in San Diego, and the main bedroom doesn't have a separate AC unit. This likely isn't a problem often, but it was pretty warm in there. We used the fan provided to blow cool air in, and that helped. It was never significantly uncomfortable.

Wow, what a great week at the beach! Katrina is an excellent host. If you're looking for a turnkey rental property, this is it. Just bring your clothes and your toiletries, everything else is provided. From paper products, towels, hair and skin products to beach gear it's all waiting for you at this cottage. And quality products, not the inexpensive brands. We can't wait to spend another vacation at the cottage!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Super cute apartment! The location was literally a straight shot to the beach, stocked with everything, all you need is your clothes and food. Check in instructions and property rules are clear and easy. We didn't bring our pups on this trip but we certainly will bring them on our next trip. We met other guests who shared they are frequent renters and EVERY stay they've had at this property is fabulous. We will definitely be back to this property!

What a hidden gem!!!!

This places is the cutest cottage(s) EVER! Just one block from the beach and you’ll find everything you need for a day at the beach on the property! Extremely easy to get to AND has a parking garage per unit! We parked our car and Uber’d everywhere. Parking is a nightmare which sets this property apart from many others. Everything is 15 mins away from this place and Ubers every three minutes. I cannot think of one thing this cottage was short of! I love the environmental consciousness of area! It’s simply beautiful on the porch for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

Cute and comfy OB cottage for 2

Where to start… as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Katrina, the owner, who personally oriented us to the condo and the facilities. She even helped us bring in our luggage and helped us with parking in the garage. She is incredibly nice! The complex that contains 4 units is all contained with in one little oasis area blocked off from the street by fencing. Our unit, Grant’s Getaway, had such cute styling and was very homey. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and even had all the beach gear you could want or need! We had a wonderful stay for the July 4th holiday weekend exploring OB and surrounding area, and loved our home base for the weekend! Would certainly return to this complex to any one of Katrina’s Katrina’s rental units!
