If you're looking to stay at the house and spend quality time with your friends or family, we have plenty to keep you busy. A variety of board games in the house, and in the garage there is ping pong, cornhole, arcade game console, and a giant Connect 4 game.

Enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards on the Intracoastal where you might find a few dolphins swimming around you. We also have a wagon, boogie boards and beach chairs to take down to the beach. Are you traveling with a little one? Make sure to bring the provided sand toys with you!

Working remotely? No problem, we have a desk, computer monitor and printer for you. With our High Speed Internet you will have no problem with your virtual meetings.

POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated for a fee of $35/n for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.

Too much space? The main house is available for rent by itself without access to the apartment and accommodates up to 10 guests. Inquire if interested!

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

House Rules:
Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

No Smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking or smell of smoke inside the property will incur a minimum $500 fee.

Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority. Please contact us prior to booking with any questions or concerns. Quiet time begins at 10:00pm.

Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet. Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.
