In between as you meander up to A1A, you will find restaurants and many shops. Layout: The main living area of the home (kitchen, living room, dining) are on the 3rd floor. Bedroom 1 / Bathroom 1 (king master suite) and the half bath are also on the 3rd floor. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Add-on Packages:
We offer Pool Heat for $150. Please let us know prior to arrival if you are interested in adding any or all of these amenities to your stay prior to arrival. Please note: pool heat requires two days so please let us know at least two days prior to arrival if you'd like the pool heated.

No pets allowed. There is a $500 fine if a pet is found on site.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Swim at your own risk. Children are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
