Loved the house, pool and location. We spent two days at Porpoise Point Beach. My only recommendations would be the yard needs some attention, the outside furniture needs to be replaced along with the grill. The house was beautiful and well stocked. It was just as described. We would stay there again.

The property was really pretty and clean and came very well stocked for your needs. The pool was large and a huge plus. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes and it was easy enough to walk back for lunch or more drink if you don’t want drag a cooler around. I would definitely recommend this place for families wanting a beach vacation but with stay at home vibes. The drive to historic st Augustine with all the attractions was also pretty quick about 7 min drive.
