Come stay at our updated condo in Romar Village, Orange Beach. You will be a short walk across the road from the white sugar beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This spacious condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a stackable washer and dryer, and a large balcony overlooking the beautiful community pool. The well-equipped kitchen leads to the comfortable living area that features a twin pull out couch and a brand-new sleeper futon. There is parking for two cars under this lower-level unit. Boat parking is at the back of the complex. Cotton Bayou boat launch is approximately a mile down the road.

This smaller complex is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops including an arcade and Adventure Island. The Dollar General is next door for all your essentials. The famous Flora-Bama Bar, The Wharf, and the Hang Out are only a short drive away. If you love to hike or bike, the Gulf State Park is also a short drive. This beautiful state park has 34 miles of trails, 3 lakes, a playground and more.

You can enjoy lazy days, avoid the crowds and relax in this fun and comfortable condo. It is a perfect getaway for families and perfect for your next trip to the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your stay and making your experience a memorable one.

Check out is 10:00 AM and Check in is at 4:00 PM

It is a little under .5 miles to Gulf State Park - Romar Village public parking. We recommend driving, but it could also be an 8-10 minute walk if you choose to go that route.

You have full access to the condo, the pool (including outdoor grill and picnic area), and more importantly, the beach.

Efficiency washer and dryer in unit. Guest age for rental is minimum of 25. No pets are allowed. No elevator, but unit is on the 1st of 2 levels. Small table in dining area and bar seating. Parking is narrow however there is parking for 2 vehicles. Please do not drive on the sand. We provide one time use of dish soap, dishwasher pack, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Great little getaway spot!

Over all the trip was great! We did run into a few roadblocks BUT Andrew handled them all Immediately! Definitely would book again!

Right In The Heart of Everything

We were visiting for the weekend to attend a wedding. This place was right in the heart of everything but felt secluded as well. We had reserved parking and excess to a pool. The beach was close by. We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved how the balcony ran along the living area and both bedrooms. Our host was very helpful and checked on us via text through out our trip. Highly recommend..... hopefully we can book here again.

Spring vacation

We were happy with the accomodations. It was decorated really cute with a beach theme so we had to move some shells and things up so toddlers wouldn't break. There were board games provided which was nice but again had to put up. The street you have to cross is very busy go we drove across instead of trying to walk with small children. In general we were very happy and the owner was very nice.

Drew was incredibly helpful and responsive during the duration of our stay. The condo was cute, clean and well equipped to support our needs during the stay. It was a great spot for us!

Booked this place for a girls trip with my sisters. We when arrived it smelled a bit like weed outside. The front bedroom had a large stain on the comforter. We snapped a picture of it but figured the host already knew and that it was stuck there. The next day we saw two locals that were living in the condo above us smoking outside under the car port. We had such a fun time and thought the condo was great. We cleaned up before leaving and did everything the host had told us to. A couple days after we got home, I got a message from the host, Andrew Smith, that said my card would be charged $200 because the cleaners told him that they had to bring in a ozone machine for 2 days to get rid of the weed smoke smell and send the stained comforter to the dry cleaners. I was so offended by this. My sisters and I are not smokers and never smoked in the condo. I sent a message back to Andrew, explaining the situation/what we saw. I asked him for a phone number to call him to talk about this. He responded saying that the message came straight from his cleaners and that he would have to get in touch with them to see about the situation and he never sent me his phone number. He finally sent me his email so I sent him the photo I took of the comforter. He responded saying he would get back to me but hasn't and its been over a week. It seems like people might be being scammed through this listing. Save your money and find a better place to stay, I definitely do NOT reccomend.

Cute and Clean Condo in Great Location

My family enjoyed a great stay in this Orange Beach condo. The condo was very cute and clean with the owner very interested in making our stay the best. The new, very large balcony overlooking the pool area is great. Close to beach area and great restaurants. Our family had a great time staying here.

We were at a good location to enjoy the Mardi Gras parade. A little trouble with lock when we arrived but called owner and he helped us get key.

Great value for a getaway!

The building was older but recently updated and our condo was very modern and well decorated. We had a minor issue with the keypad but the owner was responsive and quickly solved the issue. Beach access is across a busy 4 lane road but has a cross walk. Dollar General is literally next door which was very convenient. Compared to other rentals we looked at, this was a great value and we would stay here again!
