Denna enhet har nyligen renoverats. Förutom bekvämligheterna hos enheten, ligger vårt strandkomplex bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av Orange Beach. Med denna enhet som ger privat strand tillgång, 4 pooler och State Park naturstigar tvärs över gatan. Många av våra gäster vilar hårt inuti och spelar hårt ute. Denna enhet erbjuder en verkligt unik möjlighet att njuta av det bästa av båda världar som Orange Beach-området har att erbjuda.

Hela rymden ingår i denna hyra inklusive 4 pooler (utomhus), en takterrass och under våren och sommaren en snackbar vid poolen. Snälla, gör dig själv hemma.

Vid ankomst kan parkeringskort köpas för $ 25 / bil. Detta möjliggör upp till 2 bilar per enhet för att komma åt vår täckta parkering på plats.

Great place to stay with one drawback

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, you were able to leave your room go down to set of stairs and within five minutes you’d be on the beach. My only complaint is that it seemed like the AC wasn’t the greatest as the room was very hot and majority of the time, with most of the problems come in with from the humidity. I’d recommend if you’re staying to bring a small dehumidifier as that make your experience great

Don’t Stay Here!!!

The location of this place is nice and close to most everything, however the place is disgusting. When we arrived the room was hot and sticky. We tried to turn the air up and decided to leave the room for a while so see if it would cool down. When we came back the air was not blowing cold. I texted the host multiple times. ZERO RESPONSE. We then decided to take showers and went to get into the shower and the curtain was covered in mold. There was trash under the beds, on the dryer it was gross. This host NEVER answered and it was all automated responses. Don’t waste your time with this place.

No communication, robot

We got to the place early so we enjoyed the beach and pool . We were supposed to wait until 4pm to go in room so we waited. When we went into the room nothing was done . I sent a message never got a response. So my wife washed all the towels , and bed clothes . We had to go buy trash bags . The AC doesn’t work well. The resort is nice , pool and location were nice . The lack of communication, is not good, I’m glad I didn’t pay anymore money than I did .

Stunning location, ideal apartment

Location for the beach was perfect and choice of three adult pools which were all great. Recommend for anyone to stay here, plenty to do in the local area too.

A great spring break!!

This was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. Super easy to access and the room was super cute and a great amount of space for me and my two friends. I saw a lot of comments about the beds but they were perfect for my friends and I. I definitely recommend this place for someone else just be aware of the amount of people you have. Beach access was amazing as well!! Also the door was super easy to work too not sure why there was not so good comments about that either.

Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication & Cleanliness

Our stay started off on a terrible note. When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests—dirty linens, hair in the tub and on countertops, crumbs on the floor and couch, and no trash bags provided. We spent two hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to contact the owner, but received no response. The listed phone number went straight to voicemail with a full inbox, making it impossible to leave a message.Eventually, the owner sent a cleaning crew at 6 PM, but by that time, we had already done our best to clean with what little we had. We accepted fresh linens but declined their cleaning service since our belongings were already unpacked. The owner never reached out to address or attempt to resolve the issue.While the condo itself was as expected, the complete lack of communication from the owner (0/10) and the minimal help from the property manager made for a frustrating experience. If you expect a responsive and responsible host, I would not recommend booking with Stephen.

Great location, right on the beach. But the air did not work and it was extremely hot all day and night. There was not a laundry pod left for us like they said there would be. The tub/shower did not drain well, the sand from the beach would just sit in the tub after showering even after trying to push it down the drain. My I can’t had to take a shower with one of us, he could not sit in the tub.

Good Location - Bad A/C

Location was good, close to a trail, coffee spot, solid beach access. The complex was pretty dilapidated and grimy, but the inside of the condo was generally clean. The A/C would not pump out any cold air and the unit was hot as balls. 6/10 probably wouldn’t come back - certainly without improving A/C

Needs new mattresses

My parents barely got any rest due to the fact that the mattresses were so overly used. It was like sleeping on a board. They didn’t finish their stay and left after one night. I’ve emailed the owner twice and no reply about the complaint. Also, idk if it’s the time of the year or what, but the beach stunk and the water was a grey color. Had they not lived 7.5 hours away, they’d driven home after the concert they were there to see.

This property is an older complex but has withstood several tropical storms and hurricanes. It is very sturdy. Despite the age of the property the units have been updated and provide a great modern beach flair. The beach side pools are absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the private beach access that allows you to get from your unit to your toes in the sand in a matter of a few min. We know that once you arrive you will see the hidden treasures this complex has to offer.

Female sea turtles begin to come ashore at night along the Orange Beach area beaches down through Pensacola in May to lay their eggs. The incubation period lasts about two months, and nests begin hatching in July and continue through late October.
