Master bathroom had a clogged sink that would not drain, broken lamp in living room, other bedroom had a broken closet door. Owner relations manager Kendra Parrish was rude to us. Parking information was not clear and we were told two different prices. No hair dryer. Will not stay there again.

Comfortable and clean

The condo was perfect size for us. Enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach access and shopping. Everything was as described in the rental posting.

Home away from home!

The property was just as it was described in the listing and was perfect size for our family vacation. It was conveniently located near the beach access and grocery stores for shopping. We all had a great time!

Simple repairs needed

I loved the convenience and cleanliness. However there were some simple repairs that need to be made. The Tp roller was broke before we ever used it. It was missing half of the device. The bathroom light flickered. The kitchen cabinet door fell off. It appeared that someone previously broke it, but propped it up to make it appear as if nothing was wrong with it.

I would stay again

I would definitely stay again. On the small size but clean, great proximity to beach, restaurants, shops, easy travel to The Wharf and descent price.

This condo was perfect for 2 people- but it could fit more. It is right across the street from the beach, and you can see it from the balcony. The pool area was nice as well

Excellent stay

Very nice and clean! Roomy for family, of 4-6. Everything we needed was right in the room. Iron, ironing board, paper towels, hair dryer, soap everything you normally think of. Although we purchased our own; they even supplied laundry soap. The only think is the room is not on the beach, the beach is actually located across the street but is accessible.

Run down

Great location, but just seemed a little run down and not completely cleaned between guests as we found confetti pieces on the night stands not from us. There was a big hole in the wall in the little bathroom
 We also Couldn’t reach the owner. Tried calling and messaging on the app and text. Could not get ahold of them during our 3 day stay to ask them questions because they gave us two separate check out times. Picture frames just fell of the wall, and shattered as they had not hung them on the walls correctly. (We we’re nowhere near the frames when it happened). Just seemed like lots of opportunity for false damage accusations. Like I said, nice area we liked it other than those inconveniences!

Almost there


Nice space! Disappointed in the lack of beach access. It worked fine for us, but wouldn’t have liked crossing the heavily trafficked road to go to the beach if we had young children. It was nice that we didn’t have to drive though. Gave the condo 3 stars due to the pile of dirty towels in our closet when we arrived and the loose kitchen cabinet that fell on my daughter when she opened it.

Fairly comfortable, but not very clean

The condo was roomy and comfortable, but there was a lot of mildew in the shower. There were also dirty socks from a previous guest under the bed.

Nice place to stay

The couch was very uncomfortable and our 8 month old found a loose peice of trim and was playing with it and it had a big 2 in nail on it. Other than that very nice colse to the beach and beds were very comfortable.

Nice place

We had a fun girls trip. However, we were loud on the balcony after quiet hours and we realize that but the owner of the condos spot lighted us and told us to pack our bags and threatened us that we were going to jail after not giving us a warning. We immediately went inside and we’re respectful the rest of the time, but I did not like that he spotlighted us while we were on the balcony, very uncalled for. And the security guard was creepy and made us feel uncomfortable. Other than the encounters with the two men, great stay. The condo itself was perfect.

Beach Getaway success!

Suite 214 at the Grande Caribbean was wonderful! Every little appliance and kitchen tool needed was there, private balcony was enjoyable with comfortable maintenance free patio furniture to watch traffic and the beach. Easy walk to the beach, just have to cross traffic. Very clean upon arrival! Would return again

Not well kept

The key lock was awkward and we could not get the key back into it. There was only one key and there were two people so we could not go our separate ways. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable, saggy. We finally unfolded it to lay on the sleeper bed to watch TV. I would not allow my dog to sleep on that. It was strictly box springs sticking you in your back. The door to the patio did not shut tight. Because of that, the traffic noise was in the condo was excessive. You should warn people that the pool is right next to the main drag and it was very noisy. You could not hear yourself speak. The guest toilet ran and made noises all the time. The towel racks in the master bath are coming off the walls. There was no description of what the TV channels were. A more updated coffee maker would be nice. Full size washer and dryer were nice. The beds were comfy though. The beds were comfy though.

Nice condo

Great condo for a small family like mine (4). It’s right across the street from the beach. Very clean and the host were helpful. Looks just like the pictures. Crossing the road to the beach was kind of busy depending on the time of day.
