After a day of exploration in town or on the mountain, unwind in the cozy living room with comfortable seating and a lovely gas fireplace. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, there is a newly installed private hot tub right on the back patio, as well as a gas grill, both overlooking the tranquil Deer Valley Ponds.

The full kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for you to prepare those much-needed meals in between adventures, and there is a spacious dining table with seating for six, creating the perfect setting for enjoying a meal together at the end of a long day.

Also featured at this property is a private stacked washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Parking is available on-site for one vehicle.

Nice condo near Dear Valley.

Nice clean home with some classy upgrades, plenty of space, and an assigned underground parking spot. City Bus stop steps away with stops every 10 minutes 8AM - 11PM (I think), giving a nice option to not drive in the snow or deal with the whole parking lot hassle. The house was stocked with the normal stuff like TP, paper towels, cookware, tableware, humidifier, etc. No major issues like mold odors or poor mattresses, like so many private rentals have. We were greeted large gift basket with wine, snacks, dish & laundry soap packs - classy! Both king beds are very comfortable (firm support with pillowtops, but not hard) and the outdoor jacuzzi worked great - heated & ready upon arrival. We used it nightly after skiing! One tip, use the electronic door handle keypad, not the manual realtor-lockbox one. SkyRun management was very responsive. For example, I didn't like the pillows and they immediately purchased some comfortable feather ones for us. We'd rent it again!
