The condo features 1,266 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to eight guests.

Entering this home from the front door puts you right into a lovely foyer with a convenient bench. You'll then step into the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Settle back into comfortable leather furnishings including a sofa sleeper; enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and 55” Panasonic Smart TV. The surrounding windows and sliding glass door to the adjacent patio bring in the views and tons of natural light. You even have your own private hot tub on the patio!

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances, ample granite countertops. There is also convenient kitchen bar seating for four.

Good Location

This is a good location if you're skiing Deer Valley. The condo is nice enough, and we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub, but there were some things that didn't quite meet expectations. The boot dryer shown in the listing was not there, and we frequently had trouble getting the garage door to open (garage parking with an assigned spot is a definite plus though). The oven wasn't working at all when we arrived. It was repaired enough to work the following day, but the "Off" button still didn't work properly, so we were told to use the timed cook feature or shut off the breaker in order to turn it off. We never heard more from management about completing the repair, nor did we hear back about the garage trouble. The property manager added over 10% in extra fees to the total price, and I really don't think it was worth it. The bus stop is right outside, although apparently the Fawngrove complex is no longer a part of the Deer Valley shuttle route, so you have to wait for a Park City Bus. Overall this is a nice place and we would probably stay in Fawngrove again, but I'm not sure this unit would be our first choice.

Can’t beat location!

Exactly where we like to be in the summer. Sitting on the patio watching the ponds with the mountains in the background. Walkable to a lot. But, renter beware, fees don’t include VRBO’s fees. This is an outside listing. And there is no central air, this condo has portable units in the bedrooms. Thank goodness for them since it was hot, but they are noisy.

Park City Gem

We loved our stay in Park City at this condo. Perfect location close to all the amenities it has to offer. Our dog loved walking on all the trails just steps from the back door. Convenient parking and parking garage option. Only suggestion is if they can tell you what building as that is how the garage was labeled. We arrived in the dark and drove around a bit trying to find our way. The kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff to prepare meals you can imagine. No BBQ. We enjoyed our stay very much.
