Läge, plats, plats! Välkommen till The Portico Townhomes. # 18 är färskt och rent! Nya möbler, ny färg, ny matta, nya sängkläder ... nytt allt från 2016! Njut av Park City och Deer Valley i denna ljusa och rymliga stadsbostad vid bergen. Med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum är detta radhus en perfekt kombination av plats och utrymme. Portico är mycket centralt beläget, precis förbi Park City-trafikcirkeln. Åka både Park City och Deer Valley! Det är en mycket kort promenad till Main Street, Town Lift eller till den kostnadsfria stadssysselsättningen. Njut av din Skibbatical i Park City!

Beautiful place to stay! We were very comfortable and we're close enough to downtown we could walk. We saw wild turkeys out the windows at the back of the property.

The townhouse was in a convenient location walking distance to main street and the shuttle transit. The townhouse was clean, well appointed and the owners were easy to be in touch with. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable Condo for Family

Our stay was wonderful! The condo worked perfectly for our extended family vacation. All six of us had adequate space. Kitchen was very well stocked, we enjoyed having the washer/dryer and nice to be able to park both cars inside the garage. Easy in and out process and very walkable into town! Thanks for sharing your great Park City condo!!

Winter Ski Trip

Wonderful place, location and hosts. VERY Clean, fabulous location (walked to Main Street in under 10 mins), covered parking, responsive hosts, and perfectly appointed condo. Really enjoyed our trip. Have been to PC a handful of times and this is the best place we’ve stayed by far.

Perfect Park City Retreat

It was our first time visiting park city and this property was perfect for us. Two families with 3 toddlers had plenty of space. Location is close enough to downtown to walk and a very short drive to the lifts. House is well equipped and hosts are easygoing. Tremendous value for the price. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home for Park City Ski Vacation

This is a beautiful property and looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean, contact with the host was quick and easy, and the location was wonderful. It was a short drive to Deer Valley and if you wanted to take the shuttle, it was just about a block away. Getting to downtown was walkable but we were there midweek so we drove to Main Street and were able to find free parking. Underground parking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Park City condo in a great location

Our family visited Park City in January to celebrate a birthday and enjoy some family time. The condo was perfect as it offered 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across 3 floors., this gave us time to have some privacy and enough room to gather for dinner, watch movies and play games. The fireplace made for a cozy atmosphere. We also were there to snowboard, cross country ski and hike. The condo location was close to all activities. We also could walk to main street for dinner and shopping. The condo was very clean and offered garage parking. We enjoyed our family trip and would stay at this location again if we return to Park City.

Great location and property!!

This was a wonderful property for my family's first visit to Utah! The beds were comfortable and it was definitely enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. ( There are plenty of stairs so anyone with mobility issues should be aware of that). The Park City bus was only a few steps away which was great for exploring the area. Deer Valley was 1 stop away and Park City mountain was only 3 stops! The house was clean and comfortable! The hosts were super responsive ! We would definitely stay again!

Your place was perfect. Stairs can be a bit slippery. We needed to remember to not where just socks. That being said, your place was perfect. Thank you so much for letting us check in early.

Great place for skiing Deer Valley

This is a very convenient place to stay if you plan to ski Deer Valley. Short walk to bus stop and 2-3 minute ride to the lodge. The only down fall is there is an uphill walk to condo if carrying skis and boots but you can store skis and boots overnight at Deer Valley for free. Also, the kitchen is very small. We called it "the one person only kitchen" as you really can't have two people in the kitchen at the same time. Otherwise, it is a great three bedroom place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable

Great location, close to everything but up a moderately steep hill which would be difficult to walk up or down due to ice and snow. We had a car so had no worries although the last day with several inches of snow we did have some difficulty with skidding tires, but made it up with a rear wheel drive SUV slowly. I would recommend this unit and the owner was very helpful and easy to work with so overall we had a very good experience

Super clean, great location, and a comfy space

The condo was SO clean. We appreciated that Valerie was able to let us check in early. The condo was pristine and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy location to walk to Main Street. The kitchen was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos, but we didn't use it too much so it wasn't a big issue. The only other challenge, which was not something Valerie was in control of at all, was that the elevator from the parking lot didn't work and the stairs were wet and drippy. We had a great time overall and would definitely stay in this condo again!

The property is just as pictured, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive. Overall, the place is amazing. Just pay attention to the stairs. There are several stairs to go up to the second and third bedroom so if you have anyone with mobility issues that could be a problem, but overall it was an incredible stay, such a beautiful property and so many amenities
