Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY

This unit sleeps up to 4 people.

NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Property Wristbands: Must be worn on your wrist at all times while on the property. This is for your safety, as well as for your fellow guests. Replacement of a lost guest band is $50 payable by credit card (Amex, Discover, MasterCard, VISA).

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund.

Pool Hours: Open 8am-10pm / Closed from 10pm– 8am for maintenance.

Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels and other personal items do not reserve chairs. People do. Refer to posted pool rules before entering pools or hot tubs.

Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the resort's amenities.

Pet Policy: Guests may not bring pets to Fontainebleau Terrace - No exceptions.

Inappropriate attire is prohibited and is at the discretion of the Security Team.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Highly disappointing

If you’re the type of traveler who says “I only need a clean place to sleep, I don’t care if it’s nice” then you might like this room. As for me - I hated it and pics are deceiving. First, the pic of condos on the beach - yeah look at that squat little building with 1960s aqua trim in the very bottom right hand corner - that’s it. It’s a seriously old “historic” building without adequate parking and one very slow elevator. The door to the room is so rickety that I would have left if I could have. I had to wedge a step ladder under the doorknob just to convince myself no one could get in at night. The room itself was definitely clean, and the owner has made an effort to make a silk purse out of this sow’s ear but it falls short. No microwave, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer, no internet tv, a malfunctioning shower, and the cheapest sheets and pillows I’ve ever slept on. There are no vendors renting chairs by the beach and the guests at the pool played their music so loud I gave up and went inside. In general, this was the worst stay I have ever had and I fully regret not choosing a hotel. I asked the owner to let me cancel once I saw the door but they said “contact VRBO.”

Good little condo

When I went to the front, I was told I could not be on the property until 4pm and I was made to go to a public beach. (I stay at other places that let me access the beach before checking in so I did not think this would be an issue) This was a nicely decorated condo. The condo building its self is extremely old, I had concerns about the door because I could see light coming from underneath it and wondered about bugs getting in. I did sleep with a chair under the door knob. This is not the owners fault though. Also there was a hair in the toaster oven so I did not use that. At one point o thought I was locked out of room because the door would not open after 10 times. It’s decorated nicely and had nice furniture. The owner was very nice when we spoke. The sheets and room/bathroom felt clean. I’d recommend curtains as the corner of the window an open space where outside can see in at night. Overall I would stay here again.

weekkend Getaway

I have stayed at Fountaine Blue many many times over the years. This property was nicely updated, very clean, very comfortable bed!!. The only compalint we have is the air conditioner/heater is extremely loud!!!! We did not hear neighbors or much traffic, but the air conditioner was so loud, maybe it needs a muffler...just kidding. Thank you!

Great location and closest place to the beach in Panama City

The room was really nice and freshly updated. You cannot find a place that has a shorter walk to get on the beach. The location is absolutely perfect, less than a mile from pier park, but right across the street is a side road and you can avoid all traffic. Do you want it to. Would highly recommend this place, and for the price you will not find a better spot.
