This cozy single level home is part of a side by side duplex, which can also be rented and is a great option for extended family or groups of friends. There is always something to do at the beach! Swimming, surfing, body boarding and playing in the sand are all steps from the home. Fall in love with our pleasant and homey cottage as you enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and listen to the crashing waves. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, make amazing memories, and even spot a pod of dolphins!

After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy close access to the popular seaside cities of Dana Point and San Clemente. There you will have access to lots of restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and the Dana Point Harbor. Bedroom 1- Front bedroom 1 Queen size bed and full-size closet

Bedroom 2- Primary bedroom 1 King size bed with drawers, full size closet and TV

Bedroom 3- Back bedroom 1 Queen size bed 1 Twin with trundle, dressers and laundry

Bathroom 1- Front full-size bathroom with shower and tub

Bathroom 2- En-suite bathroom attached to bedroom 3 with a walk-in shower

Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan and new sliders to the patio

Dining Room- Dining table with chairs and bench seating, plus 4 barstools at the kitchen

Kitchen- Fully equipped and stocked kitchen including a gas 6 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.

AC/Heat: Unit has heating and no AC, like most of the rentals on Beach Rd

Exterior:
Private patio with steps down to the sand and ocean. It is equipped with a comfy outdoor sofa, two seats, a BBQ and umbrella.

There is a second private patio off the rear bedrooms with seating.

The carport has 3 parking spots total for both units. When both units are occupied, 2 parking spots are for Unit B. There is free parking within the gates of Beach Road that is ~1/4 mile away.

What you should know:
Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically.
