Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a great stay at this beautiful oceanfront beach house. Such great indoor and outdoor spaces and the view was exceptional! The house also had everything you could need. We would love to stay here again!

Winter Family Vacation

Fantastic place. Super clean and world class location. Property Manager very responsive. Amazing ocean views. Both of our kids enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by on several different days. Close to all good sights and places in Dana Point!

Always a pleasure!

We had a wonderful visit! You can't beat the location with direct access onto the beach. Such a treat to be able to sit listening to the waves, watching the sunset. House is all one level, which we especially love. Paul is always great & easy to communicate & work with. We really enjoyed our visit!

Dream House on the Beach

I've rented many homes over the years and this was absolutely the best. Pictures truly don't capture the beauty of the view. Our family and friends (8) were visiting for a music festival in Dana Point and the location & amenities made this place the perfect retreat. The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, the beds comfortable and there were plenty of places for people to relax. The host was truly wonderful - responding to messages quickly and thinking of all the little things to make our stay so enjoyable. I hope we can visit again. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Unique Private Beach Find

If you are seeking oceanfront property and privacy, this is the property for you! Located at the end of a private gated road and community, make this a rare find. This place is great for families and is not a party house. Definitely a property we will return to.

Location, location, location.

Absolutely loved this property. Clean and tidy. Close to activities. Property manager just a text away. Secure and safe. Had all the supplies needed. Beautiful property and superb ocean location. Listening to the waves at night was phenomenal. Great to relax. Kids had activities and toys to play with. We hope to return!

Outstanding Beach Stay

Beautiful house, perfect location. Secure, gated community- quiet peaceful beach. Home is as advertised, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Plenty of space for 6 adults with great kitchen and grill for making meals- easy access to several beach towns with great shops and restaurants as well. Enjoyed the boogie and surf boards provided, bikes as well. Great stay!

Beautiful Beach House

One of the best beach houses we have rented. The location was great, the house was very clean and the host was awesome! Very family friendly. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the ocean- literally waves crashing right in front of us. Enjoyed walking our little dogs on the beach & watching sunsets. Great location- Paul was very responsive- house very clean- just a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Stay

This was our second visit to this house rental and the location, view, & all-main-level house can’t be beat. Hearing the ocean waves day and night is such a treat. The kitchen and patio are wonderful for family time. Overall, we had a great time & enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

This was our second stay at this house and we love it. We are three couples in our 70s and like that it is a single story. The location on the beach is perfect. The house has everything we needed. Paul is a great host, very accommodating.

Had a great time!

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. Comfy beds, towels and toys and plenty of space for a group. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cookware, dishes and utensils but do bring your own spices and oil for cooking. Paul was great to communicate with and came by to say hi and check to see if we needed anything. There are lots of rocks at the shore but once you get past them it's sandy and the water is great. Would definitely return!
