Havsfronten. Huset är byggt på stranden, och har 8 sovrum och 5 badrum i en duplex stil tre våningar hus. Huset kan delas upp i hyresnivån (3 bdrs, 2ba) och den övre två våningen hyra (5bdr, 3 ba). Vakna till vattnet. Ljudet av vågorna på natten, och utsikten är oförglömlig.

Huset ligger i en grindbevakad gemenskap på Capistrano Bay, en mil söder om Dana Point Harbor. Hamnen är en lätt promenad / cykeltur bort, och är fantastiskt för restauranger, jet ski uthyrning, fisketurer, valskådning och catalina express. Dolphin pods tippar bukten framför huset, och du kan ha turen att vara en del av deras dag! Vi är 35 miles söder om Disneyland, och 55 miles norr om San Diego.

Beach Level uthyrning:

Denna hyra ligger på första våningen med tre sovrum och sover 7 i sängar och har en utdragbar madrass för en annan. Den har ett komplett kök och matbord för åtta. En öppen spis finns i vardagsrummet, och det finns ett däck på sanden med en grill. En kung i befälhavaren, en kung i sovrummet 2 och två våningssängar med 3 bäddar i barnrummet. En madrass med sängkläder är på golvet för en extrasäng. Tvättmaskin torktumlare, sängkläder tillhandahålls och gott om parkering. DP-stadens tillstånd: STR19-0969

House is Outstanding!

The house was absolutely beautiful—pictures didn’t do it justice! I appreciated the little touches like dish soap, trash bags, and dishwasher soap being provided. Just a heads-up to bring your own shampoo, soap, toilet paper (only what’s on the roll is provided), and beach towels. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Also, if you have guests, be sure to inform the host, as every car and driver needs to be registered at the guard shack.

Our new December destination

We had our adult kids and their families and had a great time, we cooked all our meals together, the kitchens were well stocked. The dish washer had not been run and was ripe but quickly remedied by adding soap and hitting the wash cycle. Probably time for new BBQ's. Make sure you contact the owner before trying to get in the gate, they need the names of all the drivers before you get there and the owner has to provide it.

Beautiful view, dirty house

View of the ocean is absolutely stunning. Unfortuntaely the house was not clean when we arrived. Huge pile of dirty laundry on the doorstep and lots of dirt / sand inside. Sheets were stained, found some leftover trash on the floor, grill was so filthy it couldn't be used. Rent a car if you are going to stay here, there is nothing within walking distance.

Family Beach Vacation

Great Location and alot of room. We couldn't use beach in front of house most of the time, the tide was too high and rocky. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the waves. Alot of parking and very safe feeling in gated community. Great bike and walking paths to explore. Nice large beach just outside of gated communtiy, was great for family.

Family Reunion

The property is in an excellent location with good access to the beach and easy parking! We rented all three floors and had plenty of room! It was great to have 2 kitchens and comfortable furnishings. We loved roasting s’mores while watching the firework shows in Dana Point and San Clemente! Unfortunately, most of the windows were inoperable or were missing screens, and the carpeted stairs and bedrooms need updating. Overall, it was a great choice for my family and we enjoyed our week at the beach!

Incredible experience!

We had a group of family from around the country coming in for my mother’s 80th birthday. We had such a great time and it was made that much better with the beautiful, spacious, and comfortable setting provided by this house (we rented the entire house for this occasion but could easily rent either levels for future trips in the area). The house had everything that we needed already but the few times that we needed anything or asked, Lee was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great for large group

We had so much space, even with a large group. So close to the water and without the large crowds of the larger beaches. Beautiful expanse of the ocean every morning. Fully equipped kitchens with everything we needed as we cooked a lot at the house. if you want relaxing comfort, it’s perfect. Lee was very responsive with advance questions and if we had questions while there too.

STUNNING LOCATION and enough space for huge family.

Waves crash onto the patio-you can’t get closer to the ocean. Lovely covered deck below and big deck upstairs. Top unit has a super huge room with gorgeous 180 degree sea view and spacious lounge. No window dressings make for a very early wake up. ;) Lots of parking, granite tops kitchen and big fridges. Bathrooms might need a little attention and definitely consider adding AC at the top, where it gets very hot in summer. Need more glasses, pots and spatulas to make breakfast, in the top unit, especially wine glasses ;) Enjoyed sunset drinks with dolphins frolicking right in front of unit. Beach access was easy enough from empty adjacent plot.Washer&Dryers great and TV’s large enough. Beds were comfortable and furniture good. Loved staying here with 14 family members for a wedding and everyone felt they had enough private space. Wifi was good. Thank you Lee!
